I would had included the Hand Rails in the Deal, its very complex getting that done after the Fact, and you will need hand rails specially if you have elderly users etc..
All dimensions are listed in the video somewhere, They both use the same heating unit, I upgraded and added Pool Solar which is a huge money saver since in the summer it keeps it really confortable.
