when was this? I know Matt sold a few huge ventricosa x robcantleyi in person recently but didnt know it was from an open day My sarracenias have decent sized flower stalks now but ive never seen a darlingtonia californica one before, the flower reminds me of those old horror movies with plants that eat humans.
Hey Oliver! Glad 2 c ur posting videos again!. Curious. Why is it that every pine tree i see, thr pine cones are all fallen but the ones towards the top?
I had a significant bereavement in the family so I have been away from filming for a while. The reason that pine cones stay on the tree at the top for what appears to be longer is as follows: Pine comes take a very long time to mature. The top of the tree is actively growing faster than its lower branches. As a result the younger cones are located predominantly at the top of the tree. There are other reasons aswell. But I am not going to explain them in the comments section. Thanks for watching 👍
