The lyrics sound like they're from a sad ballad but then the drums kick in in which case it's conquest time
    Very cool song

It's a war song. Here is singing about young boy who was called to a war and he riding with a horse.

      Neighs, neighs
Neighs, neighs greyish horse in a stable
Cries, cries our brother while in a war.
"I will send colorful bird to my father,
So he would rescue me from the war,
So he would sell couple of bulls for me."
"I won't sell couple of bulls for you,
I won't save you from the war."
Neighs, neighs greyish horse in a stable
Cries, cries our brother while in a war.
"I will send colorful bird to my mother,
So she would rescue me from the war,
So she would sell couple of cows for me."
"I won't sell couple of cows for you,
I won't save you from the war."
Neighs, neighs greyish horse in a stable
Cries, cries our brother while in a war.

So he would rescue me from the war,
So he would sell couple of horses for me."
"I won't sell couple of horses for you,
I won't save you from the war."
Neighs, neighs greyish horse in a stable
Cries, cries our brother while in a war.
"I will send colorful bird to my sister,
So she would rescue me from the war,
So she would sell her rue's garden for me."
"I won't sell my rue's garden for you,
I won't save you from the war."
Neighs, neighs greyish horse in a stable
Cries, cries our brother while in a war.
"I will send colorful bird to my lover,
So she would rescue me from the war,
So she would sell golden ring for me."
"I will sell golden ring for you,
I will save you from the war,
I will save you from the war."

@@marvju209 well you kinda right. I am from Lithuania and we do have sad folklore a lot. why it wouldn't be sad?
and to me actually it do feel like Polish are more optimistic as a nation. thats kinds true.
thats how it is. but I like our sad folklore 😂 🙏

Lithuanian (together with other languages in the Baltic group) is absolutely beautiful in songs. I cant explain but it has something nostalgic almost.

      @CHRB-nn6qp 4 месяца назад +4

They're the closest living languages to proto-Indo-European. It's weird, almost like our brains are able to recognise the language of our ancestors, and since baltic languages are very close our brains recognise them.

Even though im not Lithuanian(Im Belarusian Pole),this song feels so near and so native, idk if its because of that we were(Poles and Lithuanians)for a very long time in one state,or because of that my Polish ancestors lived in Lithuanian part of Commonwealth so maybe it could bit mixed with Lithuanians. But anyway, thanx for such cool song
