This is one of the many reasons why i don't listen to English voiceovers. A lot of the English actors were bland, especially the female actors, but soukaku English VA did her job, rip 🙏
@xxxxx2125 we don't know, there are many reasons. Either she quit or got fired, or can't keep voice acting for whatever reason. Hoyo games last a very long time, so you can be stuck voice acting for their games for years! That's a tough commitment. Younger people don't really keep their jobs for that long these days cause their not that committed, especially if you are a free lancer. It's also possible that she was just a temporary voice actor for the character.
@xxxxx2125 it's easier to change VA early on, but the older the game gets, the harder it is to replace them, since the next person would have to redoo all the previous lines.
@xxxxx2125 soukakus english va was never revealed, and her new va is unknown. I think they are having trouble trying to find someone to officially and possibly permanently voice act her, I don't think I've ever seen this issue before. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets changed again or cross your fingers, and maybe the original va comes back again🤷🏾
That change of adding in the number reactions to dialogue is a great improvement! I've like how HSR did that and kept wishing my newest waifu game would do that, so super happy they did!

For people who’re confused about the VA change, Lucy’s VA has participated in the recent MiHoYo (failed) boycott, so they let her go. Pretty understandable imo.
I think they drastically shortened Corin’s 1st basic melee saw hold attack so now she does even less damage, also I think Ellen now has less movement “up there” if you get what I mean… Has anyone else noticed these things? Overall I’m not liking the update for every good thing they added they forcefully removed even more things, plus the thing with Lucy and Soukaku’s en voice 😭😭😭😭
..but the most useful and good feature of new update - opportunity to play "ZZZ" on old/weak mobile devices now, which can handle other games of "Hoyoverse" on same "Unity" engine with similar graphic. Wait, or not? Um-m, okay, nevermind. /Tnx for your videos, man/
auto is basically the same as 1.0, not automatically change the agents for you. manual means u can choose to activate the chain attack or not by holding down the attack button. If yo hold, the chain attack will not be triggered
