WATERMELON MARTINI - boozeontherock...
2 oz/60 ml Vodka
3 oz/90 g Watermelon (Cubed)
1 oz/30 ml Lemon Jucie
.5 oz/15 ml Honey Syrup
Method
1. Add the cubed watermelon to the shaker tin.
2. Muddle gentley.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
5. Strain into a Martini glass.
6. Garnish with a watermelon slice.

I rarely use vodka but I'd try gin for this cocktail! Great video David! As I write this I am sipping a bracingly cold Gin Martini with a 6:1 ratio of Gin to Vermouth! Delicious! Have an awesome weekend!! Cheers! 🙂
