Where to begin, the natural hair for that thick one length cut would have to be softened before the application , the colour match is not good ,the sectioning is a disguising mess(will definitely cause traction and irritation to the scalp, there will be tension spots), bonds are too big/long and being applied to close to the scalp with uneven tension, the bonds are not being sealed properly(they will fall out easily), they would need twice the amount of hair that was applied for to be kept long and we dont know how it was cut/finished because that was not shown .

The bonds are far too close to her scalp, this will cause negative tension and damage! Secondly. Your sections for each bond are too fine, see first point. Thirdly, a triangular section in a straight long cut is a disaster waiting to happen and will end up with no shape in the work. Fourthly, there is each section with huge gaps in the section line which will cause knotting, matting and least of all gappy extensions. Fifthly (wasn't sure that was a word before now) these aren't sealed properly and water will get in.
Omg! If my hair looked like that I would loose my shit. I have medium length hair and have 175 bonds in my hair. 6, 8, 12 per row?? They aren't tape ins! Not sure where you learned how to do installs, but you need to find another career!
+Miss_Cassie_Rouge - this is a training video therefore lots of looks are completed by trainees. At the end of the video it does explain what went wrong with the look and why to help learners understand what factors to look out for when applying extensions.

The clients hair should have had thinning scissors added for the end sections and a 120 degree body (your body) facing point cut added to the ends in order to blend. Please don't teach people. I'm sure you are a good hairdresser, but you need a seperate course for extensions.
oh my days, this is the exact reason why clients need educating & to ask all the right questions plus to clarify certificates. I see this all to often where I live.. people are offering cheap hair extension services . In my opinion, you get what you pay for!!! CHEAP IS NASTY!! I hope this poor customer refused to pay

These are shocking, the bonds aren’t neat prob the worst I have ever seen not only spacing, but distance from the scalp and the rows are so inconsistent and no where near enough bonds for the clients hair thickness easily another 50 minimum would be needed.
Wth ive done hair extensions for 6 years and that is the worst ive seen on sectioning and hair length she shouls started just under her ear, i even do fustion bonds in my own hair and i still do sectioning perfect she shouldnt be qualified or business sut down jesus makes us hair technicians look bad and also the bonds look terrible

You should have made the decision not to apply them. It was painfully obvious you had no clue what you were doing section one! The extensions were to far apart, your subsections were to large, and your partings were also to large. I pray you either got better or they no longer allow you to apply extensions.
