On the Pixar Cars wiki, there needs to be an “Interational Racers” category, mainly for ones that only appear in certain versions and don’t actually appear during the races.
Pixar would've make a UK version with Nigel Gearsley, and a Japanese version with Shu Todoroki, but for some reason Pixar didn't make none of those 2 versions of the Tokyo Party scene, and i really want to know why Pixar didn't make a UK version with Nigel Gearsley? and why Pixar didn't make a Japanese version with Shu Todoroki?
I think the reason why pixar didn't make an UK version is: we already have Lewis who is racing for UK (and Great Britain) so it kinda weird to have 2 UK racer

I was imagining if Nigel could be voiced in a UK version of Cars 2 the options could be Nigel Mansell or Jenson Button, and if Shu would be dubbed in a possible Japanese version of Cars 2, it would be Kamui Kobayashi
Well,maybe because They from countries that have a race that took place in the Worldgrandprix or maybe because some scenes takes place in japan and uk or maybe the uk version with nigel gearsley and the japanese version with shu todoroki were planned,but they were scrapped

As a brazilian i was disappointed they didn't put a Real Brazilian Racer instead of Carla being voiced by A DAMN SINGER THAT HAS NO RELATION TO RACING, they should have put Felipe Massa or even Rubens Barrichello at that scene (Barrichello already appeared at Cars 3 voicing Cal Weathers)
The same thing happened for the French dub (my language), they took a journalist (Laurent Larcher) instead of a racer which is dissapointing, they should have put Alain Prost or René Arnoux
