  • Deputy First Minister Shona Robison spoke to STV's Political Editor Colin Mackay about the what the SNP's future could hold.
    Party stalwart John Swinney has emerged as the hot favourite to succeed Humza Yousaf, with support from senior colleagues, including Neil Gray, Jenny Gilruth and Stephen Flynn.
    Swinney served as the SNP leader two decades ago, and then later in government he was the Finance Secretary under Alex Salmond, before becoming the deputy First Minister to his ally Nicola Sturgeon.
