For those of you wondering about appeals and federal stuff, think about this: this got covered up. That means the elder McMichael may have a nugget or 2 with which to try to bargain for some relief for his son. So this is the process. Setting that aside, the federal case was necessary in order to update precedents of how the laws are applied. The convicts still have to do their state time before federal comes into the discussion. I'm not a lawyer but that is my understanding. If anyone can better educar me, I encourage replies to the active dialogue.
The Federal case had to take place because hatred is a reality that must be address within the Law. Also to adhere and uphold the fact that Justice matters and to the fullest extent of the Law means and matters just as much.
He will never get justice until they are put to sleep !!! His soul won’t rest until they are put to sleep …. Secondly they should be given the death penalty if not then we will still see America as a racist country !!!

And their daughter who immediately took pictures of the man as he lay dying on the road and posted them on her social media -- likened to a safari hunter posting an exotic animal as a trophy after killing it.. Sue the whole family for every penny they own.
Unfortunately these poor, broke racist fools have no money or property. In the McMichaels bond hearing it was learned that they rent their home, they have no saving or property, they filed bankruptcy a few years before renting that house in satilla shores. Only income is Greg pension and social security benefits. The wife had a job, not sure if she still do. Travis McMichaels had only 6,000 dollars to his name and a truck. Roddie had just purchased his home, he had to sell for his legal fees. Just a mess. Most poor white people are the most racist and vicious. The plea deal was to endure less harsh conditions in Fed prison instead of GA State Prison - and their idea it would be hard to get a conviction because of past practices - slowly justice is becoming equally available to all
Weird place to bring this up but sure: In this Admin so far: 1. Has been holding insurgent from January 6th to account and has been the lead in many of their convictions. (regardless of party this is objectively a good thing) 2. Took direct action to coordinate his department with local police departments after receiving letters from school-boards about increased violence and harassment at meetings over current issues. 3. Headed the case for civil rights for the officers who did not Chauvin when he was egregiously violating his duty, and found the men guilty holding them to account. 4. Attempted to challenge the redistributing in the state of texas as it objectively accounted for and minimized minority access to voting (common in truly all states to some extent but this one has more direct grounds for challenge) 5. Expanded the Justice Departments plans and strategies for combatting human trafficking, including working to create localized and federally funded task forces to expand the overall reach of the anti-trafficking forces in the department. The list of changes is long and I recommend looking them up :) 6. While small, he’s put more of a priority directly for crimes on flights, which is unique given it is normally overlooked heavily by the DOJ. His department is also working to help airlines expand their No-fly capabilities so violent or belligerent passengers can be more easily added and more widely banned to prevent harm or disruption to travel. 7. His department convicted these men of the deserved federal hate crimes both to bring justice to Ahmaud and to reinstall faith in the justice system after the past few years where many have claimed to have lost faith in it. Not a whole lot so far outside of his basic DOJ duties such as remarks on policy and advisement, but I don’t count any of that here because it sounds more like you wanted direct actions. His DOJ has been one of the most efficient I’d argue in getting things done quickly and in losing fewer of their cases so far, though that is NOT unique to the admin necessarily it’s just a point to note he is objectively at minimum a decent if not good DOJ.

For salvation, we just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in water for the removal of sins and filled with the Holy Ghost. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is. We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man, be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:6-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritans. Our salvation has to match up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH OR OBEDIENCE TO GOD. One is letting you know that there are no Works we could have done to make Christ want to die on the cross for us. Romans 5:8, But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. The other is about believing and being obedient to God because you believe. Faith without WORKS OR OBEYING GOD IS DEAD. James 2:14-26. Noah believed and then OBEYED OR WENT TO WORK BUILDING THE ARK. Now that Christ already paid the full price for our salvation we have to attain it by obeying his way to receive it, Acts 2:38! There is no sinner's prayer. Nowhere in the bible in this church age does it state to accept the Lord Jesus as your savior and you are saved. Mark 16:16, he that believes and is baptized shall be saved. FAITH WITHOUT OBEDIENCE TO GOD WILL BE IN VAIN. God bless you!

Wait a minute, does this mean these guys were racist too? I’m shocked, shocked I tell you.
Great Show.......You're doing a wonderful job. Love your Hair
I would not give anyone the space in my head for hate. These are not smart or intelligent people.
Garland should go after Trump and his cronies. He needs to grow some balls seriously
That's literally not how investigations work.
Three perfect example of trump supporters
Exactly!
Well done. Better sweet verdict as man lost his life but hopefully these racist thugs never see the light of day ever again.
The Federal case had to take place because hatred is a reality that must be address within the Law. Also to adhere and uphold the fact that Justice matters and to the fullest extent of the Law means and matters just as much.
Son like father, both in prison for being racist.
He will never get justice until they are put to sleep !!! His soul won’t rest until they are put to sleep …. First off if this wasn’t recorded it would of played out so differently in court like other past cases !! Secondly they should be given the death penalty if not then we will still see America as a racist country !!!
They need to sue Leigh McMichael; the wife and mother of the racist men. And their daughter who immediately took pictures of the man as he lay dying on the road and posted them on her social media -- likened to a safari hunter posting an exotic animal as a trophy after killing it.. Sue the whole family for every penny they own.
Wow. Did she really post pictures of Mr. Arbery as he lay dying???
@@JC-vz9vn yes
Unfortunately these poor, broke racist fools have no money or property. In the McMichaels bond hearing it was learned that they rent their home, they have no saving or property, they filed bankruptcy a few years before renting that house in satilla shores. Only income is Greg pension and social security benefits. The wife had a job, not sure if she still do. Travis McMichaels had only 6,000 dollars to his name and a truck. Roddie had just purchased his home, he had to sell for his legal fees. Just a mess. Most poor white people are the most racist and vicious. Because they don't want others to be equal or have more than them.
Yes! Stop the hate!
People create their own storms, then get mad when it rains.😆
Pretty sure fox News defended these guys
Pretty sure fox news are not the state or federal justice system.
Their only regret, Roddy filmed their heinous crime.
Whatever color of your skin, every human is earth people. These people was very busybody. They went to find extra trouble to end someone's life. Every human has a right to live. Divine punishment. Law of Retribution.
Exactly.
If you suspect someone of committing a crime and no one's life is in immediate danger, you call the police and make a report.
Indeed so 👍
@ispeakfactsnotopinions are you being paid for the amount of times you post this?
Tell It!
This is only one case, that that got the attention of citizens. This crime was almost in the "no crime here," results is well known to many. Hopefully people will now understand BLM protest. We know all lives should matter, but we don't, all know, until someone is fortunate enough to have a video.
*The **_Sundown Townships_** syndrome is still alive and well in many parts of rural America!!!*
He’s all talk
Thank you Lord
Thank goodness Judge Chu didn’t reside over this case. Thank you Lord. The prosecutors wanted to gamble the judge would do what Chu did. The immoral thing.
If they make a movie about this they better make it right by showing how disgusting the defense attorneys and the DA who wanted to sweep this under the rug were.
I've never been so engrossed in a trial before. Justice was finally served.
Not even the OJ trial?
@@AlmetyaCOliver that was before my time
Garland holds a "misty" press conference on the Ahmaud Arbery case, yet has been virtually silent about Jan 6? Am I missing something?
Oh, he has thousands of people who work for him at the doj. He won't talk about j6 and TR45H until the case is ready.
@@sarahf4.211 Get over it Lyudmila, all that hate is gonna burn you up.
@@sarahf4.211 I hope you are right. It's been over a year...
The thing you're missing is that prosecutors tend to not talk about ongoing investigations because there's a very real chance of compromising the case. The Arbery case is over.
@@mile_high_topher That being said, some who have inside access have expressed frustration over what appears to be Garland sitting on his hands. Case in point: the Meadows criminal referral, which seems as if it is being handled by pre-election Barr.

why is this not domestic terrorism
I can't wait for the RNC to jump in and say these three guys were just engaging in

Yep... Two of them still had a lot of living ahead of them. Dear old dad encouraged his son right into losing his freedom forever. I hope they are all three sent to different prisons too. Father and son should not be given even the small comfort of having family with them during their incarceration. Ahmaud died alone, and so should they.

Also stay out of trouble!!
After being convicted. The court system there still trying to help these men. At least now they will know what it feels like to be hunted like an animal. Good luck in prison boys!
Replace DOJ Garland
Indeed with Glenn Kirschner because Justice Matters 👍
I also think it had a financial aspect to it as well. If the plea deal had gone through it would have saved the feds money 💰 on weeks worth of legal work, jury selection, and weeks worth of trail time. I don’t agree with but finance has a small role in the matter.
The plea deal was to endure less harsh conditions in Fed prison instead of GA State Prison - and their idea it would be hard to get a conviction because of past practices - slowly justice is becoming equally available to all
Lol I’m sorry , WTF , I just wonder what goes on their minds now, no pity F-em, they are going away for a Lonnng time. Lol
No they are going away forever.
Bet you guys won't do that again, huh?
What exactly has Merrick Garland actually done or accomplished as Attorney General? Can someone please tell me?
Weird place to bring this up but sure:
In this Admin so far:
1. Has been holding insurgent from January 6th to account and has been the lead in many of their convictions. (regardless of party this is objectively a good thing)
2. Took direct action to coordinate his department with local police departments after receiving letters from school-boards about increased violence and harassment at meetings over current issues.
3. Headed the case for civil rights for the officers who did not Chauvin when he was egregiously violating his duty, and found the men guilty holding them to account.
4. Attempted to challenge the redistributing in the state of texas as it objectively accounted for and minimized minority access to voting (common in truly all states to some extent but this one has more direct grounds for challenge)
5. Expanded the Justice Departments plans and strategies for combatting human trafficking, including working to create localized and federally funded task forces to expand the overall reach of the anti-trafficking forces in the department. The list of changes is long and I recommend looking them up :)
Revenge
To think there would have been no charges without the video going viral. It took the video and two months before charges were made.
When is Jackie Johnson going to trial?🤔🤷🏼♀️
The lesson?
Don't film what you do.
The lesson: don't murder innocent people because of the color of their skin.
I see you have a question mark after "The lesson?" So let me answer since you are the dummy of the class lesson that the procecutor gave. You must have rode in the short yellow bus. The lesson was:
1. Don't be a racist.
2.mine your dam business
3. Don't chase people on a public road
4. Don't bring a gun to a fist fight
5 Don't start a fight and try to claim self defense. It will not end well for you.
6. Did I say mind ur dam business.
7 call the police.
Death penalty?
their personal exchanges pretty much says who and what they are.
No sh*t.

This is why split second decisions can alter the course of your life, Think of the consequences !!
🤐
BUT..... unless Im mistaken if your sent to Federal prison theres no parole in the federal system you do 100% of your time so the family pushed to put him in a prison that could give him parole in a few years. no?
