I still can't believe how popular this got to be, I remember owning this on VHS 2 tapes... When it was re released on DVD you'd think it was brand new. Everyone then wanted to be Tony Montana. My favorite movie
I cried watching this movie.. Al Pacino did a TREMENDOUS job as Tony Montana. And this soundtrack at the end is amazing. I bought the movie because of the soundtrack, it adds so much to the main story. The rise and the fall. I also own the PS2 video game :] though nowhere near as epic as the movie.
***** I respect your opinion, but wouldn't u try to kill someone who was after your woman, talked disrespectfully to u, and made million dollar moves in your business without your permission?....Tony was unstable and dangerous
***** I don't feel sorry for any of them, it comes with the territory...Its pretty common in mob world to put a hit on someone without letting them know...so it didn't really surprise me Frank did that...but Tony was power hungry from beginning of the movie till the end and could not be controlled. He was even planning on killing Sosa too, its just Sosa beat him to the punch....Tony is an awesome character, just nobody I would want to work with me lol.
Because the elites and the hollywood lowlifes wanted to hide what the future will look like with all of the migrants fucking up America.. It just didn't fit into their liberal agenda.. Every work of art that has a certain more or less accurate vision and truth inside it - gets censored, even today. For e.g there's a movie made by my fellow Serb who works as a professor at NYC school of film, it's called Zenith.. It was forbidden in cinemas worldwide, especially in the States.. Not because of its violence, since it has almost non of it, but because of the accurate portrayal of our future.. Also Man Down is a great movie that deals with a huge problem that soldiers face world-wide so it got trashed by MSM and the so called movie experts. However, the shit like in that movie happen all the time, here in Serbia as well.. A lot of people who took part in the Yugoslav wars are now armed and dangerous.. Serbia is no.2 country in the world in the number of handguns per capita, USA is no.1
Crazy to think that Tony’s story as a drug dealer was probably one of more success and power than 99.9999% of drug dealers ever will see. And it still ended in disaster.
Yes it is! It's so exciting! A beat that describes and is ominous at the same time. Tragic yet glorious. Giorgio Moroder wrote the music. That dude deserves a statue!
*gets shot consistently for an hour* "YEAH IM STILL STANDEN, YOU CAN'T KILL ME IM STILL FUCKEN STANDEN" Like... You'd think after seeing that Sosa's men would be like fuck this shit he literally just ate enough ammo to kill a fucking rhino
I like the change in 2:50, makes me think that Tony Montana wasn't just a flat character of rough and aggressive impulses but also another man with hopes, dreams and strive.
I think the reason, for me, this ending is so sad is because it is never fun seeing someone destroy themselves, Tony was a terrible person but he had signs of having integrity. Deep down, you wish he would turn out ok or better, straighten up his life, have the kids he wish he had, and a happy marriage, except it's impossible being clean living in such dirty ways.
+Heel Dj™ your missing the reason why he couldn't survive at the end. His jealousy was his demise. He needed Monolo, and his sister to have his back on Sosas Army
You are right, it teaches some important Life lessons that most people overlook (it's NOT about morals, the killing or drugs). There are some deeper lessons to be learned. Tony Montana might be "a poor immigrant" or "look like a dishwasher", but he doesn't BEHAVE like either one, because his inner self image is completely different. What are some of your favorite things in the movie? Wish you good luck!
This movie is the pure example of what greed does to men. It builds them up, turn them into walking gods. Then it destroys them and everyone who will ever know them. Greed is the pure form of evil, and Scarface shows us exactly how it does this.

Yeah it was really great and truly captured the Miami crime feeling but the missions got super boring and repetitive, I wish they had more story concentrated stuff like GTA instead of just tak8ng Over small businesses, but still the best GTA-like game out there besides GTA itself
he wasn't evil, he just grew up in a world that didn't care about him, with no opportunity to make it without turning to illegal things. It stills goes on today too
its funny how when i listen to this i this i think of those days in primary and high school, some moments i'll never forget though im just glad im out, i feel like the world is mine :3
His addiction to cocain led to his downfall.... No matter where you reach and what you achieve there should always be a group of people to guide you, support you and to keep your feet grounded and in case of Tony those people were Manny, Elvira and his sister but under intoxicated state he killed Manny which ultimately led to his sisters death & also ended relationship with Elvira.... Cocain consumed him, made him hollow and eventually led to his downfall. He went from rags to riches and at last self destruct himself and all by getting high on his own supply
It’s concept art for the Scarface video game, which is like GTA but in my opinion even better than vice city cause it has a lot of cool features that GTA miss, like purchasing furniture for your mansion, buying cars or weapons with a satellite phone, selling drugs, and so much more.... honestly one of only like, 3 games based on movies that are actually exceptionally good

+brandon ross what does that mean
Pain, like the kind of pain the mother feels that both her children are dead because of all the stuff Tony did.
+Oberyn Martell Or pain like a 8 foot tall man that weights 350 pounds of it muscle crushing all your bones and ripping out your eyes?
+King Stannis Baratheon Only 5 seconds of excruciating pain, nothing The Red Viper Of Dorne can't handle.

EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS WASNT THE BEST MOVIE OF THAT YEAR AND WHY AL PACINO DIDNT GET BEST ACTOR........
Because at the time people were angry on how violent the movie was.
That makes sense
Because the elites and the hollywood lowlifes wanted to hide what the future will look like with all of the migrants fucking up America.. It just didn't fit into their liberal agenda.. Scarface was a excellent movie 🎥 Al Pacino did a great role as Tony Montana and Michelle P. As Elvira and many others and Sosa and Frank Lopez as well
This movie proves that a mobster/gangster who wants it all doesn't last and always falls to the bottom. As stated in the movie by Frank.

Tony Montana learned a valuable lesson the hard way in the afterlife , and that lesson is “ Crime doesn’t pay.”
I've heard politicians don't struggle and are set for life
Hate to say but crime does pay look at Miami now every skyscraper is built from drug money the only ones who profited was the bankers and politicians
It gives death 😆
Sosa and Elivira are the only main characters that dont die.... lol
Fuck sosa! Fuck gaspar gomez and Fuck the diaz brothers!
