  • DPhil student Katherine Kalaris tells us about her research developing an understanding the networks in LMIC health systems: how and why networks change practices to improve service delivery and quality of care.
Katherine Kalaris’ research examines how networks drive changes in health practices to improve service delivery and care quality in complex health systems. She developed a program theory through reviews and an evaluation, identifying three phases of network evolution-initiation, functioning and sustaining impact-highlighting relationships, teamwork and collective vision as key to success.
This presentation was recorded in October 2024, for NDM-Centre for Global Health Research Day.
