All the Abys out in force! Pippy, Timberland, Gus, and Grape! Love that lil Bison is very excited by all of the commotion. It is so nice to see you shake it up to allow Timber to get some playtime. Piggies is just what I needed today - was having a rough morning, but they all immediately made me giggle and smile! Love you and the pigs, Scotty!
Im an empty nester I have learned so much from you. Thank you I have used a lil pop up pen and let them all in with food for supervised 3 hours. Yes thank you ill watch your bonding playlist. They are fascinating
My two abysinnian boar boys spent every single day of their lives together, but they never truly 'got along' one would bully the other a little, then they would switch one week to the next who is the top pig. Then it came to the point where it was 'on sight' where one of them didnt allow the other to even come near them it would be teeth chattering and actual tornado'ing. Eventhough I tried for a boar trio it failed with my brothers. So now theyre bar buddies, they still want to 'spar' with eachother and have breeched the barriers a few times but its nothing crazy. I decided to separate them way before they got to the point of actually doing damage to eachother, so they arent so ravenous to get to eachother. They even lay right up against eachother but with the barrier inbetween. But if you took that barrier away, its a whole dramatic chaotic chatterfight complete with kicking and tornadoing
I had an Abby named Pip, and she was attitude personified! Loudest pig I have ever heard, she could give a fire alarm a run for it's money. Hurt her own ears and scared herself sometimes when she screamed. In her defense, she hadn't eaten fresh veggies in over an hour, which is UNACCEPTABLE...
Ty do you separate them when chattering and humping or no? Im trying to bond two boys to two brothers. I currently use two midwest in am L shape and one midwest for the lil ones Also where can i buy they running tracks? Are they difficult to assemble
i think the way youre doing this is fine. our girls are not bonded, sadly, but they dont hate each other. strictly a personality thing. they are maturing and generally are having less tiffs. theyve only gotten close to violence once, that i saw. for awhile i was worried though. it seems now, hopefully, i wont have to separate them. sigh. but they are united in wheeking for food. lol. ;)
It might sound like a strange thing to ask, but does Timberland have a "frilly willy " ? My piggy, Claude has one, and there isnt very much information about care guidelines, why it happens, is it common, if there is anything you can tell us , please do. I want to make sure i am giving the best care that i can to my adopted boy. 😊❤
I keep having trouble keeping my water bottle from being moved from side to side. Do you have any secure methods to keep my water bottle from moving everytime my one guinea pig grabs on it when she's sucking on the nozzle?
love seeing your babies interacting. Thanks for sharing.
So beautiful to see them!!! Awww🥰🥰🥰🫶🏻❤️
I love them🐹♥️🙌🏻
I’m glad Gizmo is doing better. I miss my first guinea pig Matthew she was my first girl and she was a beautiful Abyssinian.
3:10 the little exploratory chuckles 😍
Lots of fun interactions between the two. I love watching Pippy boss other piggies around. I think wherever he goes is PippyLand. ❤🐾

what does it mean when they purrr?
Teethchattering means: stay away or I'll get angry.

Frosty does the same thing and she is a girl. Do you think that she is marking her territory? I always wondered about that.
I don't think it's the same behavior but maybe. How interesting
@ScottysAnimals Winter used to do it as well. Issy does not. I always thought they were just wiping off the pee pee. 🤷🏼
