That's not even a fair comparison, Maroon 5 is one of the most popular bands in the entire world. Adam is clearly going to win.
Elle Oswald Maroon 5's music is by far my favorite between the two's (I don't actually like country much, only a few songs here and there), but Blake's album is currently the #1 best seller on Amazon while M5 is like #12. So it's very possible that Blake will win this domestically. However M5 sells internationally while I don't think country even exists as a genre outside of the US/Canada, so no doubt Maroon 5 will sell more worldwide. Perhaps they''ll consider it a tie?
On spotify Maroon 5 is #3 and Blake shelton is #438

Sotis Koats He said in a recent interview that he planned on doing many more seasons, so your wish might come true :). And I expect it means Blake is staying as well because I don't see Adam doing this without him. They've both said as much before, that if one of them was out, so was the other. They have an amazing friendship 💕

Ben Haha haha, Blake losing again 😆 (I'm not saying this in a mean way, only because it's so ironic that he loses again 😊). He totally expected it though, he even said so during one of his talk show interviews (might ave been Ellen) As someone else here said, country simply can't complete with pop when it comes to numbers. Blake's album was still #1 in country for his 1st week which is still a nice accomplishment in itself 😊.

Are they competiting USA or Worldwide? The only way I can see Blake winning is if it is only in the USA, and even then his chances are rather low
MeltingLove Wattpad I wondered about the USA/worldwide thing too, they never specified. But Blake's album is #1 in the music section of Amazon and M5's like 12th, so he might actually win for US. But international sales will of course be M5.
