all the dialogue plays automatically, so if it doesn't play then the level broke.
you can try rejoining to see if it fixes the dialog. if that doesn't work, then i can't help since i'm not a dev.

when I start to play the game after the cut seen I cant move and there is no text on screen after that

it seems to be that if you have a bad connection to the internet it doesnt load fast enough so u get softlocked
