I have battled with keratosis pilaris on my arms and thighs my whole life and unfortunately I am a horrible “picker” and hold a lot of shame and embarrassment after a picking session. I typically pick my skin when I am really stressed so ASMR has helped my sleep and slowed my picking 😂
