I didn’t start being “unreachable,” until I had kids. That gave me a self-perceived reason to segment my day. A few years later I realize that my kids aren’t the only reason to be unreachable, but that was a big turning point in my overall productivity.

I believe one of the best things about stoicism is being your best self in life for no more importance than to self. In turn you become a beacon of light to others in search of meaning. It’s much better than trying to impress others only to make yourself feel less important.
I enjoy all of your work. I just wish there wasn’t the music in the background. It is often distracting to me. I come to your channel for the wisdom not because there’s a snappy beat underneath everything. There’s so much noise out in the world I don’t need more… Just something to consider and play with. Where do you stand on the concept of leisure activities? Regarding the question of ‘whether this task is essential’ it would seem that leisure activities are non-essential but it’s unreasonable to expect a human to dedicate their lives only to work and duties. By most definitions, reading a non work related book and going for a walk are both ‘non-essential ‘ ( ie we will not die and we will not lose our job if we forego these activities) but life would have very little value without them.
It seems very simple. The most important part in my opinion (and liveexperience as a Chief Master Procrastinator) is show up every day. And start with the most important task! I tend to show up and the do boring stuff like going through all my emails. Then I am wasted and rest and loose the drive that I did not have from the beginning.

Likely that he takes a day, possibly monthly to write and schedule the entire month out. It’s possible that he even has done or does months to a year out.
I've heard him say he schedules no more than 3 things per day and likes to "quit" work around 5 (for family) - just wondering his process for efficiency (in my own work and content, we have 3 YT channels so I'm always trying to be more efficient)
I would like to request you to tell us about your take on law of attraction . I find law of attraction and stoicism and law of attraction both very productive but it's pretty opposite in nature to follow comfortably.
I love the law of attraction.. I feel it’s almost painted a picture in todays world.. we have created the future we painted years ago as humans.. I see how it plays into stoicism.. you have to feel the moment in the present but in order to create it you have to follow stoicism. It’s akin to doing things in faith. Just to do them but you aren’t worried about the outcome, you just do it because you know it will happen. I like to think the confusion comes where so many people have created a version of the truth but in the end it’s always the same for the truth doesn’t change.
