oh please, its called growing up. They went from 15/14 years old when Frogstomp came out to 27 and 28. You expect their music to stay the same? Thats why they are such an amazing band. Each album is so incredibly different and yet still amazing. He's old and happy. Deal with it.
@@MrZZsharka I was just concentrating on the timeline of releases, as neon ballroom debuted I think two years or so before the debuts of the other bands I qouted. So in a way you can talk about setting the roots there. The whole evolution of rock sounds was in the making in the late 90ies.
they were a nirvana fan too but theyre so pissed hearing other fans saying they copied nirvana. danny succesfully changed their frogstomp image to a new and unique "silverchair" style..frogstomp is a good album though, they were just 15 when they started doin that album
@@LOLHICRONO it’s a remark. And it’s fuckin true. I love, love Nirvana but I never felt more understood than with that song and I have depression, let that sink in. You should try to understand people instead of thinking it’s some sort of allegation against one’s talent. A friendly advice !
Verse Course Verse is supposed to be SAPPY it was named VERSE COURSE VERSE on a REAL CD No Alternative which is a complilation cd of different grunge/rock/alternative artists. Sappy the acoustic version and Verse Course Verse was the electric version of the same song... I know this cuz I have Sappy on the Grunge is dead bootleg and Verse Course Verse on the No Alternative cd. But I have done my reaserch and they are for some reason saying In His Hands is Verse Course Verse...
omg i didnt know that part... well do you think the new sound of silver chair which dany said like the sound of their new album is like from beatles to spice girls ? i like the man who knew too much but i dun think the almum fits on their image
coz in every new album they make.. they usually twist it up with something new. too bad the last album didnt got much of what the fans is expecting on...i think pearl jam and mudhoney are the bands whos left doin grunge stuff...
the last cd I bought by them was Muddy Banks from the Wishkah in 96 and after that I just noticed everything was about Kurt's Death and selling mad shit cuz of his death and it RUINED Nirvana. Kurt NEVER Sold out and ILL ALWAYS RESPECT him for that but Geffen, Courtney and the rest sold him out for him.
well at least we agree on one thing when it comes to Nirvana HAHA :) there was some demos recorded at Krist's aunts house though right? I might just have my tracks mized up with where they were recorded... Just like still I call that eastern token song or whatever tis real name is "in his hands" cuz thats what it was called on the bootlegs lol
@scarepig not really, he says you should eat what you murder, don't kill for human pleasure, threat the animals with the respect they deserve. i think it's true to some level and in certain context that eating of animals is beneficial and if it's a question of survival and the animal doesn't get tortured unnecessary it is granted because animals would do the same to us, but all that that doesn't fall under this category is a waste and unnecessary and therefore not justifiable.
Yeah Ia gree with you except they didnt RECORD that album Daniel wrote songs then threw them out that was all... My fav Was Their Rarities album then A dead tie between Freak Show and Neon Ballroom... I dont like Young Modern but I do like Straight Lines.
bi im talking about the show in Munic, Germany that they did in March a month before he blew his head off and shocked the world. And im not saying that in disrespect of distaste. I agree with him killing himself and dont look down on him for it. But I hate stupid jokes like "How did they know Cobain had Dandruff? Because they found his head & shoulders behind the couch" Jokes like that piss me off still.
I havent boughten one in over 10 years now... When I bought bootlegs it was B4 Muddy Banks came out and I was 11/12 and I baby sat alot and had nothing really to spend my money on and I was constantly craving MORE NIRVANA. So I bought Live at Duffy's, Grunge Is Dead, The Reading Show, Their last show, 5 outcestides but #6 is obviously FAKE lol. .
that shit is lame there must be a website with all these jokes on them now or something I just used to have prepe and jocks n shit crack Dead Cobain jokes to me when I was in public school whenever they saw me wearing Nirvana shirts. I got better jokes when wearing Manson shirts though LOL
those songs dont even have any rythym to them whatsoever and they are all sloppy garage demo recordings that sound like shit. I used to be HUGE into them while he was still alive but eventually got tired of the same songs and all the new fans after his death ruined it for me. Maybe Suicide Samari is heavier as far as RIFFS go but as far as the overall music and screaming Spawn Again is still definately heavier

love this song man...they can rock out like the best of the metal bands, and then turn around and play a piano ballad...amazing
He's mad. Like a true artist.
he’s an artist
one of my fave silverchair songs. the guitar is so powerful (on the album).
I know right!!
fuck his voice can range from spawn hardcore to mellow asylum
I love this song! Best song ever! GREAT!
One of my fave Songs from them. Neon Ballroom was pure magic and made the way for Bands like Linkin Park, Papa Roach etc.
Love silverchair but nobody needed to pave the way for Linkin Park 😁

Epic song. Check out the version they do at their 99 Melbourne show.
One of the most versatile bands ever.
Yes!!! Especially when the guitar goes out. Then after that
@@gbengaogunsanya5284he was so angry at that show he hit the volume knob so that’s why it stoped working
Animal Liberation 🙌✊
the meaning of this song is sooooo deep
this song is HEAVIER than anything Nirvana ever did lol
gothsteeze why u bringing them up doe
gothsteeze you’ve obviously never heard paper cuts then. Don’t get me wrong tho I love both bands
might aswell post the same thing in some deathcore video, holds the same amount of relevance

wouldn't say he was marked by drugs, but by his anorexia.
Silverchair is a tool fan yo, so am i XD
@MUNT0N yes, of course he was! :D trust me.
u've heard that one before too Im assuming? I dont know how much of a popular joke it is
Daniel tried to make an sos in the start of the video

Wicked song and well played, but he looks really ill at this point.
well maybe you got different recorded versions then the ones I have. Were yours made in made in 87 or 88?
definately NOT... Spawn Again, Trash, and One Way Mule are way heavier than songs like About A Girl, Mr. Moustache, Downer, Love Buzz,Stain ETC
not really, nu metal started in 1994 and was very popular circa 2000/2003, than came metalcore

@TrainBuffProductions daniel can make whatever music he wants
@freak227z dude, look at the title.............
ANIMAL LIBERATION!!!!
he was never a pro at screaming though, that's why this is the last song, it wrecks his voice.

they have surpassed nirvana. in my opinion the moment they released frogstomp was the moment they surpassed nirvana

That´s a good song, but it's lost its power on this show. And Daniel was really marked by drugs!!!
Anorexia, not drugs, severe anorexia
