Nice review! To help, the Mr. Potato head peg does lock into the hat but give it a gentle half turn. It was never meant to be glued. Good catch for mustache, slide on and not snap in. Glad you got them! My review is out soon!
back when i collected toy story merch in 2013, i had to settle with the thinkway mr potato and the hasbro mrs potato, i wasnt really satisfied, im so happy to see how far we've come, even tho theyre very pricey!

They do look great but I bet they cost a lot, that's why I skipped them. Also if you can't mess around with them like a regular potato head then what's the point?

The grunt that I grunted when you snapped the mustache holy shit lmfaaoo I am SO sorry that happened. Thankfully I didn't try doing that. No matter how GOOD the plastic is, plastic has 0 flexibility to it. Enough force can snap any plastic. I wouldn't tack that off as bad quality, but I'm incredibly sorry that happened My only complaint about these two is I don't like the detachable peg on Mr.'s hat. The hat isn't rubber, so it doesn't suction without the peg, so I always want the peg in. But every time I take his hat off, the peg comes out. It's really annoying. Although, I'm assuming you've figured out by now that the peg twists and locks in the hat They are absolutely perfect otherwise. Glad I was able to get a purchase in last year. Best buy I've ever made!
Hope you fix the mustache for this Mr Potato Head & fix the Toy Story Collection Mr Potato Head. I wish they added floor gloss to them to make them look plasticy.
If the parts are loose on them then they are the wrong bodies. Switch them around. Same thing happened to me. And move the pegs around in his hat it will stay

I recommend to get the mustache clip to fix when you put the superglue on it put baking soda on it. It will make it dry faster, and harder.

A method I know with super glue is if you shine it under a UV light for five minutes super glue becomes rock solid
