Your interpretation of the wheel of fortune as feelings is spot on!! I got this card in a reading for a man i was newly getting to know. I asked how he would be like in the relationship and he was definitely emotional unstable. He was prone to mood swings, upbeat one minute and angry the next. One day he would be communicating fine and the next he would become distant and would not hear from him all day. I've also heard this card can represent an alcoholic.
It's more borderline than bipolar.. bipolar don't change moods that quickly... Borderline does..
