- For our DATE NIGHT we decided to visit the Mercado Restaurant located in Nairobi, Kenya. This authentic Mexican Restaurant serves everything from tacos, enchiladas, burrito bowl and so much more.
Did I tell you that drinks are 2 for 1 from 3 to 7 pm? Because they are!!! Amazing Mexican food that any foodie would appreciate, delicious drinks and very fun and relaxing ambience. All that for a more than reasonable price.
I think that this Mexican Restaurant is our new favorite sport in Nairobi. Yes Mexican food is my favorite but still, it was GREAT!

Yes but i wish more Kenyans could afford to eat in such restaurants. You know in certain parts of Kenya people are dying of hunger and even in Nairobi millions live in very bad conditions.

If you are ever at the coast there is an amazing seafood restaurant in the jumba ruins in mtwapa called monsoons and it is amazing definitely recommend it. You literally see them bring the seafood out of the sea.

Never eaten there but the aroma invites you from the moment you enter kenrail towers
it is amazing!!
I tried Fogo Gaucho Galana Road it's great for meat lovers. I think it's Brazilian not sure. Many restaurants and nightclubs have sadly closed due to Covid restrictions. The ones still open must be very strong and popular. Hope all will be well.
That is so sad that some places closed due to the pandemic but yes I really recommend Mercado! :)
Next try chiness restaurant on the same floor... next to marcado at bluedoor. I think it is called mr.yaho
