Fantastic sound!! I was wondering if this piano was black originally? The iron frame of the piano is black as well? It looks very special. What size is this piano? The base is very powerful.

That Chickering is probably either the 8 or 9 foot model though it can't possibly be shorter than 7 foot. The bass indeed is fantastic!
The black plate is probably Rob Taylor's work, I think it looks badass :D
