Bought one a couple weeks ago and love it. Really comfortable, smooth ride and plenty of power for regular driving. I've only found two negatives. First, I don't like the start/stop feature so I need to hit the button to turn it off every time I get in the car. Second, it is slightly nosier than I like on the highway. Not bad by any means and the same/better than other vehicles I test drove when deciding. However, I miss the days when car companies weren't trying to get every mpg out of the car they possibly could and actually soundproofed the vehicles. That said, I've owned quite a few new vehicles in my life and this is probably my favorite out of the gate.
The Only Thing preventing most people from picking the CR-V over the Toyota RAV4 is the TINY 1.5 litre Turbo Charged Engine. Honda needs to match the Toyota’s 2.5 litre Naturally Aspirated ICE power plant.
IMO, I think the exterior is so generic and forgettable and those wheels don’t help. The interior is an improvement with its simplicity, design and visibility.

The all-new, re-designed, 2023 Honda CR-V looks and performs better than the older, second-generation model from the early-to-mid 2000's. I think that the oil burning issue with the 1.5 L turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the 2023 CR-V is already resolved. The previous-generation, 2017 to 2022 model had that problem.
