We will immediately investigate this matter and take the necessary actions, including retraining our staff on proper hygiene protocols to ensure this does not happen again. | DO NOT TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THIS AND POST IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA | My video captured one of the employees of Aplaya The Beach Bar & Italian Food, very eagerly picking his nose and flicking “stuff around”. He was just right outside the bar but very near when the glasses and other bar stuff are. I messaged Aplaya and sent them the video. I was left on seen LOL. I asked them to please teach their employees proper food handling, hygiene, etc. No apology and assurance just seenzoned. An FYI to you. I won’t say do not visit the place, if you don’t care, because they don’t seem to care as well 😅 THANKS FOR WATCHING!
