I fully understand it's not exactly the same thing, but I'm using the SSL G3 on my 2 bus in Studio One 6.5, which is a 3 band compressor. It seems like the Fusion HF compressor is about the same as what I'm doing with the high band in G3. Great demo and yes I'd fully agree, the HF compressor needs the Violet EQ. The news of SSL plug-ins being on sale is good to hear. I was able to get the SSL DeEss and the Harrison vocal intensity processor combo under $35.
