@LegitLongevityreally? 30 mins tops? Go ahead and try this yourself if you think this is so easy. Waiting for you to upload a video of you doing the same, if you think it's so easy
Not sure Apple’s old playbook works here, all these rapid-fire updates around LLMs are hard to follow, ended up using aicarrma for my own sanity just watching which companies stay visible in AI.
@bearbyboy5183 Apple has not invented anything. They just take other people's inventions and market them better. Not the PC, not the tablet, not the mobile phone, not the portal audio player. Not even pinch-to-zoom.
One of the coolest things that Cortana used to do on Windows Phone was something like "Cortana, remind me to buy toilet paper when I go to Walmart....." and it would say "OK, I'll remind you." I showed my mom this and she said, "it's NOT going to do that." Then I took her into Walmart. The second we walked in the door of Walmart, it said, "Buy Toilet Paper" on the screen. She was amazed. That was the kind of AI that is actually useful..... I don't think any other app has done something that useful since.
Nope, I've noticed this too. It can find songs that I've been playing for YEARS, just "This song is not in your Apple Music Library"--now Siri lies like ChatGPT!
Oh gosh just get an android. Google Gemini is leagues ahead of siri, it is so amazing. Literally haven't found something it can't solve, yet. Like everything I ask it delivers. I literally took a picture of my rash for fun (I knew what it was) with the camera ai and it pretty much gave me loads of reddit posts and even a WebMD article that were spot on.
I was searching for this exactly when I found this video... I couldn't agree more. My keyboard fucks up my words when I know my finger hit the correct letter and Siri fucks up my words when I'm enunciating clearly and speaking loudly. Apple intelligence just makes our phones dumber. All it does at this point is scan our phones for the MIC. Why is apple not being hit with class action lawsuits?
There's absolutely an excuse lol. They held off for so long for one simple reason: security. They didn't want to be like google and collect every single ounce of data on your phone, which is what google does with android. It's literally a device DESIGNED around spyware. Apple has only started doing what google is doing in terms of AI because they've found ways to allow it while still maintaining user data privacy.
Seriously. If I’m not chatting with Siri at least once a day a year from now, heads need to roll at Apple (no, setting a timer or pausing a podcast won’t count, Tim Apple). Siri has been a joke long before AI, and now we are years in and it’s still virtually unchanged. Disgraceful.
Yes, because people flock to Samsung for Bixby and Microsoft for Cortana right? I’m still waiting for any company at all to make an implementation of AI that’s groundbreaking enough to make general society take notice; and not away to cheat on your homework or make porn.
This is very true. Executives are pushing AI everything. But the current tech doesn't have that many real useful features in every space. It's another hype bubble. Yes there are useful things, but no where near what's promised.
interesting point ! But what if an AI/LLM scans all your data on your smartphone locally and kinda does things like Google LLM Notebook does ? Sometimes I have something buried deep in my notes and having more powerful search tools on board would be cool isnt' it ?
Hilarious. A comment only an iPhone user could make. Take a look at what Gemini can do on device. I use it every day to solve every day, real world problems and continue to find new uses.
AI isn't really a feature. It's a tech for creating a feature. Announcing Apple Intelligence is like developers saying "we have a new compiler so we'll be able to make great products". Nobody cares until they come up with a product idea.
Tim Cook is a good financial manager, but unfortunately a very poor visionnary. He allocated so much resources to gimmicks like Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro,… : these are not so useful products for most people… AI and home automation is were resources should be focused : it has tremendous opportunity to help most people !!!
"I'm an Apple guy..." is precisely why they didn't. Y'all are permanently locked into that gilded cage and have no desire to escape because you think it's gold. Y'all don't mind waiting 2-10 years for Apple to catch up because at least your messages are blue 😂.
@nicolasdujarrier Vision Pro's not useful for most people, so you say it's a waste of resources. But wasn't AI a waste of resources before ChatGPT came out? Riding the AI hype while blatently ignoring what comes next: peak irony.
oi true that, I just feel that apple must bring back one of the old designs with simplicity and elegance with their privacy being the key, I wouldn't like that at all if Siri has access to all my apps, I know it does but I don't wish to command a phone to make decisions related to money.
@ricardito777 How much have you used recent versions of AI? I literally use it multiple of times every day to generate code for programs I'm writing. My son has used it to diagnose a medical problem he was having involving a complicated set of symptoms. AI asked questions about symptoms to narrow the possibilities. Once a high probability diagnosis was found, AI recommended treatments that solved the problem. At one point when my son said he took a recommended medication, AI said "Let me know in 30 minutes how you feel." My family successfully used AI to analyze a real-time video of a room and get suggestions for the best furniture placements.
I think he would’ve moved him back to his role. Tim isn’t about innovation or setting Apple to the forefront of consumer tech. He’s a safe bet.. release small updates to keep the public interested, shareholders happy and then follow the trend and release something. That’s it
What’s worse is the out-the-box features were pretty poor too. The camera control button is fiddly to use, unresponsive, slower than using the screen, and doesn’t work with a lot of cases. The camera is grainy especially when between zoom levels, the iOS and apps crash at least a couple times a week (my main argument for why I like iPhones is because they never crash!!) and all the other updates are so microscopic, they needed to compare performance to the iPhone 12 (which I upgraded from, and still can’t feel huge differences from) It’s a better phone than my 12 but it should be sooooo much better than it is
Let’s all be fair, nobody really asks for AI except to “TechBro” fans who also waste 100k on Cybertruck as if they only spent $10. AIs are not needed on daily uses, beside for Eldery supports AT BEST, or for jobs and works as it helps productivity in some forms or sectors.
Imagine all the people who brought new iPhones 16 with the hopes of getting the full "Apple Intelligence" experience only to see the 17 comes out with the same promise.
lol I upgraded to a 15 Pro to get the AI capability so far there hasn’t been anything noteworthy or useful. Summary notifications sucks and still don’t see article summaries.
Man I recently used Siri and Apple Intelligence to do something extremely easy: Change the title of one of my reminders. The reminder was "Go to the Gym" and I wanted to change it to "Do groceries" as a simple test. This is how it went: - Hey Siri, I want you to change one of my reminders task - Sure which one? - Take the reminder "Go to the gym" and change it to "Do Groceries" *Siri just creates a new reminder instead* Then I try the following: - Hey Siri, please find the reminder "Go to the gym" *Siri can't find it...* Then I ask: - Hey Siri, give me a list of all my reminders - Sorry, but you don't seem to have reminders At this point I gave up, what a joke.
@_birdy_birdy Its not just training data, but the model too, deepseek improved the model by removing supervised fine tuning thus making training faster and final ai easy to run on small devices with even 1GB of ram.
Had a similar experience. Asked Siri to “set an alarm at 7 am tomorrow” and it added an alarm then proceeded to disable every other alarm on other days
Yeah. I don't have that issue. I asked Bixby to set an alarm every 10 minutes starting at 5pm Saturday (it was Thursday) fir the next 3 weeks. And it made all the alarms starting at 5pm Saturday, i had like 500 alarms. 🤣
@jefffinchum4103exactly, when we’re talking about Artificial Intelligence, the response depends on how good you give the Prompt, use ur brain, don’t find silly excuses like a kid
It doesn’t feel like consumers know what we want from AI. We are just using it as a glorified google search and image randomizer. Businesses have found uses but what does the everyday end user want it to do?
@rags2richesssif they fuck this year up I’m switching to something else with a better AI interface. I’ve literally never had anything but an iPhone since 2010 too.
Siris response still being “here’s what I found on the web” instead of just telling you the answer is enough to show they have zero idea how AI is meant to work
Kinda exaggeratory in my opinion. Apple fumbling AI isn’t going to crash the entire company. The majority of people don’t really care about AI in their day to day lives. It’s mostly tech enthusiasts and shareholders. The only AI the average person uses is maybe ChatGPT for school work and that’s it.
@mbbno For consumers, yes. For work though, Teams might be widely hated but as an all-in-one it's more fully featured than Slack, and the Office/Onedrive integration is great
@LashanR Teams are so future rich, that you can't even pin more than 15 contacts. I won't count how many times it also crashed when there was issue with camera or while it tried to open literally a book in word. This should be a polished product, i feel like im still working with some POC or MVP. When my previous company laptop was reaching end of leasing term, Teams decided just to shut down 2-3 times per week, so i could sit for few hours working, until i got the email "somebody is trying to reach you on Teams" or tried to write to smb. Disk was pristine, no errors in teams or windows logs, reinstallation did not help. I ended up writing script launching Teams every 5 min, because i run out of time for that bs.
No worries. If you need any more it's a cool $400 for 16 gigs of RAM. This is why they're in trouble lol. Shenanigans usually shoots you in the foot after a while.
Any the even more amusing thing...... they dont even know if 8gb on smart phones and 16 gbs of ram on computers is enough to run these models locally XD cuz they dont have actual working models
First, I heard you say, “Hey Siri, call me an uber to the airport” (15:00) Then my phone lights up and says “Ok, you’d like me to call you ‘Uber to the Airport’?”
The stupidest thing I think about a voice assistant is when you put on AirPods, are using an Apple Watch, leave your cell phone charging or out of reach, ask Siri anything and it says: "you need to unlock your iPhone first"🤡
THISSS!!! Why is no one else in the comments talking about it and it’s super annoying like I can’t even type what I want sometimes for the Love of God and sometimes the auto correct is just abysmal to say the least
Yeah how tech is getting worse is mind boggling. I remember using Shazam from the back of a car in which people were talking to find the song on the radio in 2009 and it worked. Nowadays it finds completely wrong songs, doesn't find anything or doesn't hear anything. Love it.
@Ce1es The thing is I just feel like Apple doesn’t even care anymore they just pump out new devices with slightly bumped up specs and just hope people buy or upgrade from older ones and banking on the fact that consumers who are already in the ecosystem wouldn’t wanna change or leave and it’s super annoying because they already have loyal consumers why not just tighten your grip and make them want to stay by actually trying it’s just crazy and annoying tbh Smh 🤦
@PeteQuadOpen AI is not profitable. 400 million weekly users and it's NOT PROFITABLE. AI is a dead horse that hasn't realised it is dead yet. An investment black hole.
I tried to use Siri 2 times today. First I asked it for the March Madness scores today and it told me I have no calendar events called March Madness. Second I asked it how many days are left in March, and it Googled how many days until March next year. Maybe we just had nothing to compare it to back when Siri first launched, but it feels like it has been getting worse not better at even the simplest tasks. I'm sure Apple will be fine, but at this point I've lost all faith in their ability to deliver on an AI assistant.
I have always had really high hopes for a digital assistant. Technically there should be so much cool stuff it can do for you. But Apple has been unable to make it really useful. In the teasers about the new AI siri features I saw glimpses of what I have been hoping to see for a long time. But even that Apple wasn't able to bring to life. I am on an iPhone 11 pro and I don't plan to upgrade until they have a phone that can at least do what they showed the AI Siri doing last year.
@barnett25 that's why I have been creating my own, so far it can add tasks to my calendar and has a memory with info stored about me, trying to integrate it with more and more things
@danylomelymuka It seems to just be very picky on the exact wording from a bit more testing. For example, "update me on March Madness from today" doesn't work for me, but "update me on March Madness scores from today" does. While the second is obviously a more clear instruction, an "intelligent" assistant should be able to easily understand the first as well. I tried asking the same thing in 10 or so different ways, and about half of them gave me the scores. The other half either Googled it, checked my calendar, or read my recent notifications to me.
APPLE should be put on blast by EVEERY RUclipsr as they have 3 Trillion Dollars and SIRI is the laughing stock of the phone world. Steve would NEVER put up w/this TIM would have been gone years ago!
Bc apple fanatics are absolutely wild, dude. They get up in arms when you say anything negative, or if you praise anything non-apple. It's largely apple's fault, since they intentionally designed it to be that way (green bubbles being absolutely avoidable but kept to pressure people to switch over to apple, etc.). This video is one of many reasons why I like Marques as a fair tech reviewer.
lol remember this is the same dude that basically glazed craig when he was pretty much the only youtuber to get access to an apple exec. mkbhd is not your savior, and will only call apple out when thousands have already done so.
They have the Japan problem. In 1995, they had 2005 technology in their flip phones and consumer electronics. They still have that 2005 technology in 2025. In comparison, Apple bought out the first-mover voice assistant Siri and never pushed the tech beyond that. Apple is great at integrating technologies into a consumer package, but there hasn't been a clear winner to buy from for the AI bubble currently inflating. They need an upgrade, but the cutting edge LLMs have tons of bugs and social baggage. Whether that indicates that Apple is stagnating in innovation or knows an unprofitable industry when they see it is up for debate.
What clowns like you do - see one of the rarest defects which happens in case of apple (here it's siri not telling month) ... Then get orgsm by telling it every where 😂😂😂.....btw Please tell that 100x company to fix zoom while taking videos ! It's 2025 nd they haven't figured that' out😂😂😂
That's because knowing the time of the year is not dependent of how much money you have. There are plenty of rich ppl that couldn't mention the day of the week at that particular moment. All days are kind of the same when they can do what they want.
Just got my Pixel 9 pro xl yesterday and the AI is night and day difference. I never used siri ever since ive had iphone (abt 10+ years) and only ever used siri to set a timer at most... I'm keeping both my phones since they both offer nice and different things but I'm definitely not continuing to upgrade iPhones like before. I even got a PC and started moving away from Macbook... I've been chained up for so long, these changes feel sooooo refreshing and free.
Tim Cook is a logistics guy (iPhone releases, M chips, vertical integration...). We've been waiting for software breakthroughs (e.g. with iPadOS) for years.
As correctly pointed out he's a logistics guy; he has been making sure that all those little trinkets, processors, transistors and off and of switches, get placed in the right phone in the right time, right?. Since he is the president of the company He has to oversee it personally, with billions of phones produced each month, he has not had the time to think about the Al right?. Isn't that why they now use more Al like chat gpt; to help with new ideas and innovation ?
@tyagidharmendra Moreso because of the wider third-party app support, not because of Apple's first party. Still lacks a decent file explorer for example
I jumped on the cool aid bandwagon and bought an ipad air as a companion to my iPhone and let's just say it's been my worst tech purchase. I'm waiting on ios 19 and if it's shit, it's off to Pixel land for me.
Everything I’ve heard about Apple Intelligence, from its advertising to the way it’s implemented, seems like Tim Cook staring you down and asking you over and over to please care, and nobody does, and he won’t listen.
@SirLightsOut99 they spent so much money on it and cancelled other projects for it, just for people to not want AI on devices that should be private. Almost all RUclipsrs act like it’s just features, but privacy is probably more so, but nobody wants to admit it
@BallisticTipthere's no such thing as privacy. You think Apple keeps your stuff private? Private do you really believe that Safari protects you more than Chrome? If you're stupid on the internet, no matter which platform you're on. Apple Google Samsung, you will get scammed.. they already have all your data..
I really like your videos over most tech tubers and that's because you are so smart in a practical kinda way. You look at the bigger picture and systematic problems.
I left an Apple retail job last month, staff would be told they are expected to demo one Apple intelligence feature during every interaction. This has been going on since January. They told us this every single day at the start of every person’s shift. Managers spend their days “coaching” staff with the goal of interacting with each staff person once a day or a few times a week. And you could expect feedback and possible disciplinary action if you were not demoing Apple intelligence every single interaction. From the outside, it seems wild how aggressively they were driving retail to demonstrate half baked functionality that ultimately got themselves in trouble
Had an experience with apple staff that was trying to tell me to upgrade to iPad air instead of the new iPad (for my 5year old) because of apple intelligence 😂😂😂😂😂
oh wow, so that's why i got a guy at apple demoing clean up mode on photos (which isnt that great anyway), when i was just in there to trade-in a phone for a credit on a phone i'd already bought lol... apple intelligence is so useless. i thought it would be more context aware, but its shit
Ive recently downloaded gemini and its awesome in this early stage imagine what it’s gonna be like after years of fine tuning. Although I admit I’ve been giving it basic questions and nothing crazy like brainstorming or studying but you can tell they’ve got it right.
No matter the topic, MKBHD is smart, easy to understand, easy to relate to, and just delivers the information in a calming way that makes any video he releases something you always enjoy. Not many people have been doing it this long and just keep being enjoyable. Well done sir!
They’re long overdue a hardware change, software updates apart from AI which would put them behind on apple intelligence. They’re close to a huge disaster, fortunately the end user has started noticing this!
11:40 it’s not a disconnect, Marques-it’s false advertising. The way "Apple Intelligence" has been covered is one of the most shameful moments for tech RUclipsrs. This should’ve been called out from the start. When I watched your first video on it, which was a couple of days or weeks later, I couldn’t believe this wasn’t immediately treated as a major false advertising scandal. The entire marketing campaign had me believing that the whole thing was *launched* with the phone already. It’s so shameless that I’m honestly amazed Apple went down this path and stuck with it.
Apple was extremely careful in saying the phone was built for Apple Intelligence as opposed to it has it (which the 15 models and 16 models can both get a beta test version right now). Their press releases included that the phones wouldn’t launch with it. It was the focus of criticism from multiple tech RUclipsrs, including Marques.
@SkylarLee643it doesn't matter, if what apple said made people believe it had it there and then and people bought the phone with the belief it had AI on the phone ready to go.. apple still needs to be held accountable for their devious and misleading marketing techniques
@lancehall7505 their initial marketing specifically said that AI would be coming to the iPhone in 2025. It’s 2025 now. Not September when the phones launched.
@SkylarLee643 yes, and the few features available are still in early beta, so no features are available yet, i can see a few being available out of beta by end of year, but not most, since most still arent even in beta, and the few features in that beta barely work, and are clearly still early builds. you cant say something releases next year, then half way through that promised year only 1/3rd of the features are there and only available through developer builds you have to jump through hoops and warnings to get access to.
Remember Marquesses rule about «never buy a product based on what is promised» And then when apple «promised siri» he said on waveform that apple was «beyond this rule» Apparently not…
i feel like the difference between the blackberry/nokia situation vs apple intelligence is the general public (not techie people) wanted a touch screen or a smart phone because the benefits where tangible vs apple intelligence is cool but the benefits aren’t immediate or tangible. coming from someone who sells/repairs these phones daily 90% don’t care about/want AI to be the biggest selling point in a product
Yeah spot on. I work in tech consulting and there’s a real push from executives to focus on AI use cases which customers just don’t care about to the point that I’m becoming an AI sceptic.
I’m a computer scientist. I bought the iPhone 15 specifically to not have Apple Intelligence on my phone. These AI features just feel like gimmicks to me.
Bought the iPhone 16 for the features they announced. Biggest regret ever. They sold an idea of Apple Intelligence that is vastly different from the gimmicky one we're left with now.
Marques - THANKS for being bold enough to properly and tastefully review titans. Not many would try this for fear of retribution - but with 20mm behind you, please keep it up for us. I’m not sure you expected to be the flag bearer of journalism, but sometimes life hands us things we don’t expect.
@t.r.2283the interview was pretty bad but I wouldn't say marques is an apple shill.. he criticizes them whenever they deserve it and he's daily driving Android phones for years now
@DrSpaceman42and hauled around a Mac in a roller case to process ‘on the run’ - although I’m betting even Yogi Bear could have caught him running with that case in tow!!
Same here. Now that i think about it, i actually can't remember the last time i used siri at all. I think it's actually been a few years. I used to occasionally use it to set timers while cooking so i didn't have to touch my phone and get it dirty but i just use the kitchen timer in my microwave now.
From what I understand about the enclave, permissions with the visual layer for screen mirroring. If they don’t already have it figured out with the hardware since it already released it won’t ever be ready in that model
The HomePod is a failure? I own two and I have a friend who’s bought 3. They’re great, especially the minis! I’ve had Alexa and Google Home devices before and HomePods are by far the best if you’re in the Apple ecosystem imo.
Siri should be a personal assistant, tell me about my day, the weather, tell me whether I need to wear a raincoat or a bundle up , news I care about, traffic, important appointments. Help to keep the user organized.
Earlier today I watched the Longhorn video over on the Dave's Garage channel. It reminded me of something which seems appropriate here… The question isn't if they Eff-Up, or how-the question is how they recover.
13:10 The physical keyboard did not kill BlackBerry, a 3 day outage of their network did, the outage left business people scrambling to find away around the outage. Big business lost faith in BlackBerry, it was a great secure business tool that had a failure they could not recover from.
I have Samsung s25u. Yesterday I was trying to order glasses online and it was asking me for my prescription. I had a hand written prescription from my pervious eye doctor. The hand writing was very sloppy, and the prescription terms that the website was wanting were different then what was on my prescription. I wasn't sure how to translate that. I scanned the hand written note in the regular camera app and asked my phone's AI to translate the prescription. It was able to read the handwriting and translate everything to the correct terms in one step, and it was correct. I was amazed
@mastermg4001 Samsung uses gemini. And since this post, the phone got an update and now the ai (when asked) can see and read everything on your screen and remember everything and talk to u about it in real time. You can open the camera app to show it the environment. So it can do this in real time now. This comment inspired me to post some vids I took of the AI. Vid is up on my channel now under shorts
@Onnohh Yep! Unfortunately for me, I'm on an S24 Ultra and we get pretty much all the same AI features except the live camera one. I really want to try that one. You can put stuff in front of your camera and asks it what it sees and ask various questions. It's remarkably accurate. At least from what I've seen on the web. I can't do it on my phone... yet. I'm hoping that will eventually trickle down. Surely it doesn't REQUIRE the Elite snapdragon chip to work. Right? lol
@14:10 "Specially when they are a privacy-focused company as well, and a lot of these features don't go hand in hand with that." this is a key phrase and I think is also the delay reason. trying to find a way around privacy and fully functioning AI features
10:33 this is exactly why I’ve been incredibly skeptical regarding all kinds of people talking about iOS 19 supposedly offering the ability to provide real time live language translation. I know rumors bring in clicks for people, but that sounds so far fetched right now.
Honestly it feels like nobody is really excited for consumer-level AI, but so many companies and governments have invested so much money into it as a product that if the bubble were to pop the global economy would crash. So we're pretty much locked in until we can pivot to whatever the next "big thing" is. Fingers crossed it's holograms.
People aren’t excited because most of what they’ve forced onto people is 1) annoying 2) not actually useful or 3) not reliable. RUclips’s “ai” will “recommend you videos” like it’s literally always done. Or it will “summarize videos”, which is too unreliable to trust, or useless because people actually enjoy watching content.
The real issue is that Apple misled customers by promoting AI as a key feature, making people believe it would be available soon. Many bought the new iPhone with that expectation. Even if AI isn’t the main selling point, it’s still a big bonus - if you buy the new phone, why not want it? The problem is Apple quietly pulled back the promise after selling enough devices, without any proper explanation. That’s a serious breach of trust.
Thank you for doing this. I thought I was going crazy seeing all of the ads showing how well it’s working and everybody is using it where I’m not seeing it in my life.
@Mand3012 you’ll do the same with apple intelligence.😂 You’re going to pay $1k for the iPhone and then apple will eventually charge a monthly fee for Ai. 😂
@Silent-Witness Apple suprisingly isn't one for subscription services. At most it's just Apple one which comes with Apple Music, Apple TV+, iCloud, and Apple Arcade which are all things where the only competition are other Subscription services. Even in the creative world where the Titans in the industry are Subscription based, Apple is easily the cheapest one to buy allowing LIFETIME access to any one of their creative apps (Logic Pro [$299], Final Cut Pro [$299], Mainstage [$30], Motion [$50], Compressor [$50]), or their entire suite with an Education discount (Which they don't do any verifications for qualifying) for as low as $199, and it's lifetime acssess with continuous updates, and even if you don't buy that especially in the music space Garage Band is actually a competent software unlike iMovie and could be used professionally. Outside of the Hardware, Apple prices their stuff pretty well.
@Silent-Witness and every apple feature that they rolled out anywhere else is a charged fee and apple gives it free on their device emergency-via satellite imessage-via satellite…. and apple intelligence is free crash detection ….with privacy security….no other company or source of software is free…..so who are ppl comparing apple to as far as their take on ai? like yall just wish they crumble, what company renews a whole warranty for 2+ yrs way after its almost considered obsolete after you get a new screen or replace parts or out of warranty?you can’t.the problem is these tech youtubers having a thing for american branded companies and grooming ppl into leaning toward products that violate your privacy or constantly wanna be edgey and different.look how everyone buys pro model phones that don’t need them all because they were convinced it’s the “best option” or look how apple was forced to use usb-c for their charger port,or how many ppl were happy compared to the ppl who genuinely didn’t care about data transfer speeds?
9:32 Notice how there's a curtain behind the robot, and a couple of cords going underneath the curtain. That - to me - equals someone behind the curtain doing the controlling. Put the robot out in the middle of the show floor, and see if it can still do its thing. I agree with you, Marques.
Your thumbnail artist needs a raise :)
It's obviously AI. So meta 🤖
I mean, a leaking phone and some glowing icons… not exactly revolutionary, I’m sure they’re paid fine and it probably took them 30min tops
@Ximoliavery obviously not AI. Photo editing is a real thing that humans can do
@LegitLongevityreally? 30 mins tops? Go ahead and try this yourself if you think this is so easy. Waiting for you to upload a video of you doing the same, if you think it's so easy
@MirtualIt's intellectually dishonest to imply that someone with no art experience can complete a piece as quickly as someone who does.
Hey Siri, when is apple intelligence coming out?
Siri: "Sorry, I don't understand"
And it never will
Let me search on weeb
More like, “hey siri” **silence**
Hey Siri! What's the weather in Poland?
Siri: *autistic screaming*
@UserManson Do you want to use ChatGPT to do that?
The race is on, GTA VI vs Apple Intelligence 😂
The race is on, Marcus vs School zone
@vaztwelve Oh god
😂😂😂
I’m bilingual and this meme is being used in English and Spanish lol 😂
My moneys on gta lol
Not sure Apple’s old playbook works here, all these rapid-fire updates around LLMs are hard to follow, ended up using aicarrma for my own sanity just watching which companies stay visible in AI.
Steve Jobs warned about what could happen to a company when the marketing department starts to run things
Lol Apple came back into the game because it is a marketing company with a tech side hustle.
Always has been
steve almost bankrupt Apple lol. However he did help invent amazing products. I guess u either die create magic or live long enough to see it delays
@bearbyboy5183 Apple has not invented anything. They just take other people's inventions and market them better. Not the PC, not the tablet, not the mobile phone, not the portal audio player. Not even pinch-to-zoom.
Steve was an overrated dbag tbf
One of the coolest things that Cortana used to do on Windows Phone was something like "Cortana, remind me to buy toilet paper when I go to Walmart....." and it would say "OK, I'll remind you." I showed my mom this and she said, "it's NOT going to do that." Then I took her into Walmart. The second we walked in the door of Walmart, it said, "Buy Toilet Paper" on the screen. She was amazed.
That was the kind of AI that is actually useful..... I don't think any other app has done something that useful since.
True
Yup
That wasn’t ai though, that was coded by a person.
Funny enough I literally just pulled this off on Siri
@theowainwright7406 exactly! it's "just" good coding
A company that did not put a calculator in IPad from 2011 to 2024 (13 years) , It's incapable of making any AI
And the iPad calculator they finally shipped is so dumb too. Like, we waited for that???
They need to replace Craig Federighi. He is doing a very poor job
They are more focused on Marketing rather than innovation. They will be replaced eventually
That pissed me off. That Craig Fedrighi guy thought it was a joke. I hate that guy
Yes of course. But then, did anyone not buy an iPad after figuring out that it doesn't have a calculator?
I might just be losing it, but I feel like Siri has gotten FAR dumber since Apple Intelligence was announced.
I have the S25 Ultra. It's beautiful and better than my old 15 pro in every way
I was searching for this exactly when I found this video...
Apple bought the Siri app YEARS ago and still have the worst AI assistant. Inexcusable.
Wrong…Bixby is worse but the tech media never mentions it. Bixby can’t even tell you sports scores
Yes, because people flock to Samsung for Bixby and Microsoft for Cortana right?
I’m still waiting for any company at all to make an implementation of AI that’s groundbreaking enough to make general society take notice; and not away to cheat on your homework or make porn.
Tim Cook is to blame.
controversial thought: product devs having a hard time finding "AI" features that have actual utility.
@nfkb, and send all your data to Sam... that's awesome... good idea.
I’m an Apple guy. But you can’t deny Apple’s arrogance and myopia kicked them in the ass. Neglecting Siri for a decade wasn’t so smart. Great video!
If you ever wanted something else than Siri, you just downloaded an app. There was one for that!
Tim Cook is a good financial manager, but unfortunately a very poor visionnary.
He allocated so much resources to gimmicks like Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro,… : these are not so useful products for most people…
AI and home automation is were resources should be focused : it has tremendous opportunity to help most people !!!
Steve Jobs would fire Tim Cook because of his AI debacle.
AI just doesn't sound like a Jobs technology. Too probabilistic. Can't exert complete control over it. I think it's just not on Apple's DNA.
@ricardito777 Its not ai and they would figure out how to make it work
Tim's priority now is DEI and Pride month. 😊
I think he would’ve moved him back to his role. Tim isn’t about innovation or setting Apple to the forefront of consumer tech. He’s a safe bet.. release small updates to keep the public interested, shareholders happy and then follow the trend and release something. That’s it
Never buy a product based on future promises
Uhhh. That’s not the case here 😂😂😂- it was meant to be provided from the start
@MiLordFraYPNthat's a future promise.
I’ve learned my lesson. Apple burned me in 1999 and I boycotted their products for 20+ years. I finally gave them a chance in 2022. Now burned again.
"MKBHD"
What’s worse is the out-the-box features were pretty poor too. The camera control button is fiddly to use, unresponsive, slower than using the screen, and doesn’t work with a lot of cases. The camera is grainy especially when between zoom levels, the iOS and apps crash at least a couple times a week (my main argument for why I like iPhones is because they never crash!!) and all the other updates are so microscopic, they needed to compare performance to the iPhone 12 (which I upgraded from, and still can’t feel huge differences from)
It’s a better phone than my 12 but it should be sooooo much better than it is
Hey siri who’s that guy I met at the cafe three months ago
“Just to confirm you’d like to call dominos pizza?”
😂
🤣🤣🤣
"Hey Siri, what's-"
"VIKTOR REZNOV CLONES."
@StanleytheCat-v8zGetting directions to Vorkuta….
😂
Hey Siri, what can you do?
Siri: “Sorry, I can’t open RUclips.”
Legit just happened to me lmao
😂😂😂😂, She literally disconnects when I ask these questions. Maybe I’ll press *67 before the question next time.
😂😂😂struggle
That’s why I’m always using chat gtp only think I ask her for🤣
Let’s all be fair, nobody really asks for AI except to “TechBro” fans who also waste 100k on Cybertruck as if they only spent $10.
AIs are not needed on daily uses, beside for Eldery supports AT BEST, or for jobs and works as it helps productivity in some forms or sectors.
@MP-vc4nuNo one but tech bros ask for it, but what OP described does still actually sound useful tbf.
I would pay extra for an “AI” free phone.
Same
Apple’s been running around in a circle ever since their new Headquarters building
Nice 😅
LOL
😂😂
Damn bro😂😂😅
😂😂😂 i see what you did there.
Summary notifications sucks and still don’t see article summaries.
the tragedy
@WutheringGuru 😂
🤚🤣
and eventually it'll be gated to whatever iPhone launches with 16gb ram because you need that much to run any "actually useful" LLM models
Man I recently used Siri and Apple Intelligence to do something extremely easy: Change the title of one of my reminders. The reminder was "Go to the Gym" and I wanted to change it to "Do groceries" as a simple test.
This is how it went:
- Hey Siri, I want you to change one of my reminders task
- Sure which one?
- Take the reminder "Go to the gym" and change it to "Do Groceries"
*Siri just creates a new reminder instead*
Then I try the following:
- Hey Siri, please find the reminder "Go to the gym"
*Siri can't find it...*
Then I ask:
- Hey Siri, give me a list of all my reminders
- Sorry, but you don't seem to have reminders
At this point I gave up, what a joke.
“You have to unlock your phone for that” bruh
@MotorsportCreativeTHISSSSS
@ I did it on my macbook pro.
Also try asking something simple like the last reminder you made and it can’t get it for you 😅
@ Exactly lol
2:41 miss those small handy iphones
Apple “we’re going to make Siri good “ the coders “how?” Tim -“idk that’s your job”
CEOs don't do shit. It's the engineers, coders and the workers who build stuff
That’s how it works, yes
they need to train with data and most AI companies train without license and call it publicly available content.
@_birdy_birdy Its not just training data, but the model too, deepseek improved the model by removing supervised fine tuning thus making training faster and final ai easy to run on small devices with even 1GB of ram.
@ChiekoGamers CEOs promise behalf of engineers and stress them until engineers build promised products and features
I asked Siri to “turn off all my alarms on Saturday” and she just disabled every single alarm I had. Pretty much sums up Apple Intelligence.
It all depends on how you're asking had he said turn off all my alarms for Saturday this is common sense stuff people
@AnCap1776What do you need alarm every 10 minutes for?
@jefffinchum4103exactly, when we’re talking about Artificial Intelligence, the response depends on how good you give the Prompt, use ur brain, don’t find silly excuses like a kid
No demos has hit the nail on the head.
Precisely. When Steve Jobs was around, every single launch as its demos.
My iPad Pro has Apple AI. I switched it off.
It doesn’t feel like consumers know what we want from AI. We are just using it as a glorified google search and image randomizer. Businesses have found uses but what does the everyday end user want it to do?
@coreyboyette6849I use Gemini to ask questions on my iphone and Pixel, but I don't use AI for anything else.
Sure, but these have been a special shitshow😂
Watching this 13:32. ….. 2 months later
exactly i was going to comment this lol
2 months later…. Still nothing
At this point iPhone 17 is here in a few weeks, can’t reuse the same marketing materials….or will they have no shame
@rags2richesssif they fuck this year up I’m switching to something else with a better AI interface. I’ve literally never had anything but an iPhone since 2010 too.
@VegasVingySame
Siris response still being “here’s what I found on the web” instead of just telling you the answer is enough to show they have zero idea how AI is meant to work
What u said is weong. They know how ai works, there is just no ai
I don’t even ask Siri anything, I ask “ask gpt” then my question, works pretty well. Asking Siri alone is useless
I just use Grok now, practically replaced Google.
you think apple wants siri to hallucinate answers?
As opposed to ChatGPT that simply takes things it found on the web, often without permission, and presents it to you as if it didn't?
hearing apple being compared to nokia and blackberry is surreal, nice work MKBHD
Everything that has a beginning has an end
The end is Nigh….
@umsirwyd100%
Apple Falls - Episode 2345
Regarding Skype vs Zoom, a strong reason for Zoom taking over is Microsoft ditching Skype and pushing for Teams
Skype was and is great. It's unique and sets itself apart.
Teams is another cookie cutter video call app. It's not needed.
100%! And I've never heard a single person using teams LOL! I have it disabled on my computer.
@doubletapproductionsconsumer vs business
Don’t they just typically buy companies to provide what they need when they need it?
best feature of apple intelligence is bumping up the base ram in macbooks
In iPhones too...all Apple Intelligence supported iPhones have 8 gigs of RAM instead of the normal 6 gigs which they used to give.
Truly!
No worries. If you need any more it's a cool $400 for 16 gigs of RAM. This is why they're in trouble lol. Shenanigans usually shoots you in the foot after a while.
Honestly THOUGH!
Any the even more amusing thing...... they dont even know if 8gb on smart phones and 16 gbs of ram on computers is enough to run these models locally XD cuz they dont have actual working models
First, I heard you say, “Hey Siri, call me an uber to the airport” (15:00)
Then my phone lights up and says “Ok, you’d like me to call you ‘Uber to the Airport’?”
Lmao
i'm deceased
Might as well change your name to that.
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
The stupidest thing I think about a voice assistant is when you put on AirPods, are using an Apple Watch, leave your cell phone charging or out of reach, ask Siri anything and it says: "you need to unlock your iPhone first"🤡
It’s like asking your mother what‘s for dinner when she‘s not there.
Oh dear... That'd be hilarious if all that stuff didn't cost a bunch
Android does this too, it's so annoying.
I think you'd be surprised, most people i talk to are not really interested in AI or worried about it, i guess it depends on your click
My iPhone went from fairly good predictive text to becoming illiterate. Overnight.
Love it.
@Ce1es The thing is I just feel like Apple doesn’t even care anymore they just pump out new devices with slightly bumped up specs and just hope people buy or upgrade from older ones and banking on the fact that consumers who are already in the ecosystem wouldn’t wanna change or leave and it’s super annoying because they already have loyal consumers why not just tighten your grip and make them want to stay by actually trying it’s just crazy and annoying tbh
Smh 🤦
@Remypalzturn predictive text off! Problem solved.
@Ce1esI have never seen it recognized a wrong song.
"A lot further away than we think it is" sums up the past five years of AI tech
What? OpenAI alone has over 400 million weekly active users. I use it or Gemini or Claude many times each day. I can't understand this point of view.
@PeteQuad It's just people that can't see into the future and the progress AI has already made.
It's further away until it isn't.
No disrespect meant; I mean, really. But do you research AI and the pace of change? Do you know about recursive learning?
@PeteQuadOpen AI is not profitable. 400 million weekly users and it's NOT PROFITABLE.
AI is a dead horse that hasn't realised it is dead yet. An investment black hole.
@EL_Duderino68it’s useless
It took Apple 18 years to enable the ability to place icons where we want them. They'll implement proper Ai by 2040.
and they launched that ability like its some groundbreaking innovative feature lol
That may be when we have a use for ai and when it is refined.
nobody knows what features "proper AI" would involve
Don’t forget about iPad calculator too
They'll probably make it require a hefty subscription too.
I'm gonna be honest, most people I know think ai sucks anyways. just update siri so it's a useful program and leave the gen ai/LLM crap out of it
I tried to use Siri 2 times today.
Even when Siri first released I remember it being horrible and today it hasn't improved much. It has alot of limitations and always gets things wrong.
I asked both questions and it worked with the first attempt
@danylomelymuka It seems to just be very picky on the exact wording from a bit more testing. For example, "update me on March Madness from today" doesn't work for me, but "update me on March Madness scores from today" does. While the second is obviously a more clear instruction, an "intelligent" assistant should be able to easily understand the first as well. I tried asking the same thing in 10 or so different ways, and about half of them gave me the scores. The other half either Googled it, checked my calendar, or read my recent notifications to me.
I got a RUclips ad for the iPhone 16 and “Apple intelligence” halfway through this video. The irony is beautiful
All that AI already out there and the ad matching is still done by two otters in the basement
On the nail as usual. So many tech RUclipsrs are not willing to call Apple on this stuff
APPLE should be put on blast by EVEERY RUclipsr as they have 3 Trillion Dollars and SIRI is the laughing stock of the phone world. Steve would NEVER put up w/this TIM would have been gone years ago!
So many of them are fan boys and will just hold their breath, hoping the feature drops
@JohnnyNubsboth of them would have side stepped it.
Nosotros no usamos SIRI para nada 😢 Solo chatGPT y el parlante de Google home para controlar la casa
It’s tough being a tech company when MKHD is around. All should know Elons Xaiconum.
So this is the infamous project 2025 or just helping humans? haha
Thank god for Trump and Elon and their xAI power
US can only be saved with Trump leading us
Wait it happened already?
The project has real value. No democrat ever made it this far, this is innovative
MKBHD roasting Apple lightly.
Yeah lightly, with a whole video
That was a full on call out
“Lightly” I think you need to learn that word
Apple deserve more
Mmmmm.. lightly roasted apples 🤤
Apple has more money than all the phone companies combined and Siri still can’t answer a simple question like “what month is it?”
I literally just asked and it showed today’s date. 🤷🏽
@pskewldude7 they very recently fixed it coz the thing got viral..lol
What clowns like you do - see one of the rarest defects which happens in case of apple (here it's siri not telling month) ... Then get orgsm by telling it every where 😂😂😂.....btw Please tell that 100x company to fix zoom while taking videos ! It's 2025 nd they haven't figured that' out😂😂😂
That's because knowing the time of the year is not dependent of how much money you have. There are plenty of rich ppl that couldn't mention the day of the week at that particular moment. All days are kind of the same when they can do what they want.
They didn’t collect enough data to train their own AI model - is my guess. They focused more on in device intelligence
Never buy a product based on future promises
@Pat_KraPaoyes
Nobody with an ounce of human decency wants a Swastikar in 2025.
Apple Crap
This is a great reason as to why there haven't been any big technological advancements lately
So that includes every other android device that shoehorned AI into it?
0:12 Maybe Tim Cook should join the Secret Service. He handled that slightly-sloped roof with expertise.
😂😂😂
Lool
I thought the same thing 😂
LOL!
Excellent observation… 100% Accurate!!! lol 😂
6:40 so just google lens but 8 years late?
Exactly lol
Kinda
BRUH 💔
Yet iPad is the best selling tablet by far
@tyagidharmendra Moreso because of the wider third-party app support, not because of Apple's first party. Still lacks a decent file explorer for example
Wow people are so dumb. Millions of engineers work at apple and not just Tim Cook 😂😂
I jumped on the cool aid bandwagon and bought an ipad air as a companion to my iPhone and let's just say it's been my worst tech purchase. I'm waiting on ios 19 and if it's shit, it's off to Pixel land for me.
I like this marques a lot more, factual, to the point, no clickbaity predictions, just good journalism.
And he comes in 4K!
@rustem1404 And 2:1 aspect ratio!
Did he not use to be like this?
The fact they ignore your settings and turn it back on EVERY UPDATE is worthy of class action
Almost all RUclipsrs act like it’s just features, but privacy is probably more so, but nobody wants to admit it
That would drive me insane. An update forced a Google screen on swipe left, and I sacrificed the voice assistant to get rid of it.
Just gotta say, I really appreciate the effort put into the thumbnails, chapters, and subtitles. 🔥
It’s tough being a tech company when MKHD is around 😂
Apple appreciates that you release this video on a Friday evening
😂
Nasdaq closed 😂
I don’t get it
Huh?
Can someone explain to me
No matter the topic, MKBHD is smart, easy to understand, easy to relate to, and just delivers the information in a calming way that makes any video he releases something you always enjoy. Not many people have been doing it this long and just keep being enjoyable. Well done sir!
The best part about apple intelligence, is that they are finally adding more RAM into iphones.
No kidding!
bigger batteries for all the AI processing I won't even be using lmao thanks Tim
Now all Macs ship with at least 16 gigs! Yippie!
@ahmed1smael6503they did, the base model air comes with 16gb ram now
It's not how MUCH memory you have, it's how you use it 🤦♂️
They’re long overdue a hardware change, software updates apart from AI which would put them behind on apple intelligence. They’re close to a huge disaster, fortunately the end user has started noticing this!
I’m enjoying these long form-ish videos. They’re informative and worth the time to watch.
Womp womp
Remember Marquesses rule about «never buy a product based on what is promised»
And then when apple «promised siri» he said on waveform that apple was «beyond this rule»
Apparently not…
Marquess was really inconsistent about this “rule“ ever. Or he should have called out Tesla years ago.
its not his rule its common sense
MKBHD was always Apple and Tesla fanboy, I don't find him objective at all
@Profile_2222I've never heard of an apple fanboy who not only uses a pixel as his main phone but actively champions it.
So he's a grifter? That's worse😅
Is there a chance security isn’t good on these AI services. Asking a chat questions versus accessing all your data are different things.
i feel like the difference between the blackberry/nokia situation vs apple intelligence is the general public (not techie people) wanted a touch screen or a smart phone because the benefits where tangible vs apple intelligence is cool but the benefits aren’t immediate or tangible. coming from someone who sells/repairs these phones daily 90% don’t care about/want AI to be the biggest selling point in a product
Yeah spot on. I work in tech consulting and there’s a real push from executives to focus on AI use cases which customers just don’t care about to the point that I’m becoming an AI sceptic.
Priorities matter. I am using S23 ultra and using not at all 70 % of features given.
Most of the times AI is not free (even when they say it is), I suppose this have an effect on consumers.
I’m a computer scientist. I bought the iPhone 15 specifically to not have Apple Intelligence on my phone. These AI features just feel like gimmicks to me.
True 🤝🤝
Bought the iPhone 16 for the features they announced. Biggest regret ever. They sold an idea of Apple Intelligence that is vastly different from the gimmicky one we're left with now.
for real, who is making cartoonish images everyday on their phone? lol
@byrongaray869 Exactly, I didn't buy the phone for a silly image generator. I did it mostly for the context-aware Siri, which does not exist at all.
So have we been mis-sold? I have Apple everything but seriously thinking of changing over to the dark side.
Same. I got ripped off. I would have just bought a pixel fold for D&D if I would have known the AI was trash, but I accidentally bought into the hype
Never buy products based on promises. Buy them for what they are capable of right now.
- basically MKBHD, many times over the years
My iPhone didn’t like this video
My Samsung kept laughing
lol 😂 to you both
My PC is just watching contently.
RUclips crashed when I played it, not even joking. And it never crashes like ever.
Neither did mine, Siri ghosted me😂.
I’ve learned so much from this, I can’t wait to try it out!
Marques - THANKS for being bold enough to properly and tastefully review titans. Not many would try this for fear of retribution - but with 20mm behind you, please keep it up for us. I’m not sure you expected to be the flag bearer of journalism, but sometimes life hands us things we don’t expect.
You didn't watch his low baller interview with apple 😂
@t.r.2283the interview was pretty bad but I wouldn't say marques is an apple shill.. he criticizes them whenever they deserve it and he's daily driving Android phones for years now
@DrSpaceman42and hauled around a Mac in a roller case to process ‘on the run’ - although I’m betting even Yogi Bear could have caught him running with that case in tow!!
@DrSpaceman42 nah Lois Rossmann is giving apple a fair share of critique when they do shit.
I don’t talk to Siri anymore. I turn on the chatGPT talk feature in the car and talk to that.
Same here. Now that i think about it, i actually can't remember the last time i used siri at all. I think it's actually been a few years. I used to occasionally use it to set timers while cooking so i didn't have to touch my phone and get it dirty but i just use the kitchen timer in my microwave now.
Siri has been useless since its creation and continues to be a joke in the tech world
I’ve always had Siri disabled because it’s shit
if only it could actually do things with the phone.
Every time Marques talks AI, that pin dies again in an alternate universe 😂😂😂😂
From what I understand about the enclave, permissions with the visual layer for screen mirroring. If they don’t already have it figured out with the hardware since it already released it won’t ever be ready in that model
Putting Apple's past failures like the HomePod and the Vision Pro in the background is just chef's kiss
LOL
His Easter eggs are so clever, this sometimes makes me rewatch his videos.
The HomePod is a failure? I own two and I have a friend who’s bought 3. They’re great, especially the minis! I’ve had Alexa and Google Home devices before and HomePods are by far the best if you’re in the Apple ecosystem imo.
@jaredbutler957 HomePod came out in 2018 and hasn't been updated since.... and ITS STILL $300!!!
@jaredbutler957I own 2, and my folks own 5.
12:53 I think about nokia every other day…
and they make HMD phone now!
@au09 It's the otther way around, kid.
We all do
I think about Nokia every single day. For 10 to 12 hours every weekday in fact.
Siri should be a personal assistant, tell me about my day, the weather, tell me whether I need to wear a raincoat or a bundle up , news I care about, traffic, important appointments. Help to keep the user organized.
With all the money and data, why the hell they can’t make an LLM, while basically everyone else could?
Idk if y'all changed something, but the color in this video is amazing.
Steve Jobs we miss you more then you could ever know,
Earlier today I watched the Longhorn video over on the Dave's Garage channel. It reminded me of something which seems appropriate here… The question isn't if they Eff-Up, or how-the question is how they recover.
Your videos are so chill to watch
13:10 The physical keyboard did not kill BlackBerry, a 3 day outage of their network did, the outage left business people scrambling to find away around the outage. Big business lost faith in BlackBerry, it was a great secure business tool that had a failure they could not recover from.
hahah Taylor Swift arrested from the notification summary is classic.
ChatGPT can’t even read decent hand writing so. I think your story is embellished at best. At worst a total lie. If it did that. Make a video.
@mastermg4001 you inspired me to post the vid I took of that last night. Vid is uploading on my channel right now.
@mastermg4001 This inspired me to post the vid I took of this last night. Vid is up on my channel now as a short
Right? lol
@14:10
"Specially when they are a privacy-focused company as well, and a lot of these features don't go hand in hand with that." this is a key phrase and I think is also the delay reason. trying to find a way around privacy and fully functioning AI features
10:33 this is exactly why I’ve been incredibly skeptical regarding all kinds of people talking about iOS 19 supposedly offering the ability to provide real time live language translation. I know rumors bring in clicks for people, but that sounds so far fetched right now.
Not sure how I would navigate the tech maelstrom without creators like this guy ...
We do need men like MKBHD
12:42 Remember Bruno before Encanto? He was huge. But now, we don't talk about Bruno.
Be not the first to try out the new nor yet the last to cast the old aside an old proverb still prevails you are very practical Marques
The global economy won't crash when we wake up from AI, jesus. Calm yourself.
Yup. I’m still looking for any AI feature that actually brings me value.
Can't be a bubble when it's being integrated with government and tax code laws.
You guys haven’t used AI enough
The real issue is that Apple misled customers by promoting AI as a key feature, making people believe it would be available soon. Many bought the new iPhone with that expectation. Even if AI isn’t the main selling point, it’s still a big bonus - if you buy the new phone, why not want it? The problem is Apple quietly pulled back the promise after selling enough devices, without any proper explanation. That’s a serious breach of trust.
It is misleading marketing and should be sued.
I was one of them that bought the new iphone. I dont trust them anymore.
The marketing was just speaking to Apple fangirls FOMO instincts..."You neeeeeedddddd this or you will be left behind on AI"
Waiting for that class action lawsuit
Never buy hardware based on future software promises. This has been a tech rule FOREVER.
15:08 that just triggered my HomePod and she just replied and said I’m sorry I can’t do that here 😂
marques always breaks it down so well 👌
Don't forget, not only are the features not real, but the commercials advertising them were genuinely insulting.
Thank you for doing this. I thought I was going crazy seeing all of the ads showing how well it’s working and everybody is using it where I’m not seeing it in my life.
Literally i thought i bought wrong MacBook
Same
Will be interesting to check back on this in a few years
im sondamn close to getting a pixel and saying f it
I decided to wait for month before upgrading to iPhone 16 to see if Apple intelligence rollouts will convince me. They failed dismally.
what a surprise.
@symbians60user What is?
In what way?
Marques, to quote a friend I had from the Southside Chicago back in the day, "He ain't neva lied." Apple Intelligence. Cannot wait to see it.
3:44 The Humane AI pin! Bro you were the one who booked their departure ticket 😂
Tbf he did then a favour 😂 paying hundreds then a monthly subscription for a product like that is insane
@Mand3012 you’ll do the same with apple intelligence.😂
You’re going to pay $1k for the iPhone and then apple will eventually charge a monthly fee for Ai. 😂
Exactly, total scam, saved the world a lot of money there.
