It's awfully scary cuz there's not enough prisons and it takes billions of dollars just to feed house and provide air conditioning, to jails in prisons etc . Drugs, thuggery, self idolization, their minds have settled on dog-eat-dog world. They are the ones that want chaos so they can wreak havoc, two fulfill base needs, at the extreme expense of everyone else.

That superintendent is not even from Philly so he don’t know half of what these kids go through I’m sure his 3 boys is attending school where they have less worrying about getting shot on a corner. He not worried about the kids going to school he worried about getting paid and being funded. My child attend online school and she will continue her education online. She learn best at home she don’t have fear being in class period. The superintendent along with the mayor and the other politicians is full of s**t. I grew up in Philadelphia in north Philadelphia…. They are taking but the truth is that they don’t really have any for the kids.. I remember when the city of Philadelphia was closing down all the after school programs that they had for us … thank goodness.. they started doing that when graduated high school
The same thing happened to me when I was growing up in New Orleans, La. I saw alot of after school programs close down as well. Not sure why, I guess I was too young to remember or even bother. Had too much homework to do.
