Meatloaf in my Kitchenaid

I finally got a new (to me) Kitchenaid stand mixer. I've always wanted to try mixing a meatloaf and I did!!! Maybe not perfect but it worked and I'll definitely do it again.

A flat beater attachment would of mixed everything up much better than the dough hook attachment . We love meatloaf and the mixer is excellent for it. Love your recipe

I would think regular beater would have been better than the c hook dough attachment. That or spiral dough hook! Nice video!

My family loves meatloaf, however, I hate getting my hands nasty from the oils of the meat and ingredients, and sometimes I forget to purchase gloves, this will make my life easier!
