Ning Hou, a doctoral student in Auburn University's Department of Psychology, presents her research at Auburn University's Fall 2013 Three Minute Thesis competition. Her talk was titled "Impacts of Timing of Delivery on Cross-Cultural Training Effectiveness." Ning was the overall winner and People's Choice Award winner at the competition.
