What type of connectivity issues are you trying to resolve? It depends on the protocol. Based on protocol you can check if the messaging flow is correct
Reset to the default profile Form the Wireshark Edit menu item select Configuration Profiles... Then in the dialog ensure the Default profile is selected and then click on the link above the Help button to go to the location of the profiles. Move up one directory and then delete the Wireshark directory. Close the Configuration Profiles dialog and restart Wireshark and it will create a new default profile for you.
