Yeah, her pride is hurt that he didn’t fall all over her. so now she’s going to do anything and everything to try to break him down, telling him to do the same thing over and over and over because she doesn’t like it. Telling him he doesn’t reflect, or know his job, the best that he can. She wanted revenge and let’s be honest. This is a power-play she’s doing. she seemed interested in wasn’t interested in her and therefore she’s got the show that she has some sort of control
Her big ego definitely got shattered as well.
Too much stick, not enough carrot. And the level of her ego is off the chain. If the MC said yes to her assumption, she would pat herself on the back for proving once again that all men are pigs who are just after her looks and money. But then she acts offended when the MC didn't express interest.
This story is a f*cking roller coaster that left me confused. She presents herself as a narcissist with money and looks, but then berates herself before the MC for not being attractive and interesting. The MC is your average soy boy who craves abuse.
I would never leave the interview if I saw her. Besides I would've go for her to be my wife because she's beautiful and popular
to be fair, setting the bar high can lead to excellence, especially with a growth mindset as MC had concerning work. It's likely he had met 100% the mark from the first time, but she was asking for much higher. Both of them also benefit from going the extra mile, leading to him thinking of out of the box solutions and her getting fresh ideas. Sure, she's likely doing it with a grudge pretext, but she's offering constructive criticism, which is more than what grudge work goes as far for (which is to just dismiss as failure and do over again with no pointers), so there's also a grain of hoping he improves into the man she'd love out of if this.

It's not a grudge. She states she gets approached by people who are only after her for her money. She actually liked that he didn't. Even her turning his work back she explains in a way he can understand what he's doing wrong. At one point he even acknowledges that she's right about his work.
She appreciated how genuine he was and wants to see him grow. While I agree 100% that the interview was incredibly unprofessional, it was still just her gauging his reasoning.
In other words, him rejecting her caught her interest, his reasoning caught her heart. She never held a grudge.

Noa thought Keiichi was after her just like the other guys because she’s the CEO and financially stable and when he ignored her, I’m pretty sure her pride was hurt but it was very awkward for Keiichi that his interview was with Noa whom he ignored. He couldn’t back out because he wanted to create success for himself. I think the real reason Noa hired Keiichi was the fact that she was annoyed she wasn’t interested in him and so by hiring him he’ll become interested in her and that’s exactly what happened. Well Keiichi looks happy so it’s a win win for both of them

I mean if that really was the moral of the story it's still bad. Sato would have been treating the woman he was with (in front of him) badly, if he fumbled over Noa, like the other two. He was actually staying in his lane until she spoke to him. Sato might have been kinda rude in calling her vain/shallow, but it was in response to something he appeared to take serious, if due to his indecisiveness.
Either way, by that moral Keiichi was screwed either way.

And then it will stick with her that she just pulled a power trip on him for no reason. When she next sees him, he's at a restaurant being forced on a date with the daughter of a different CEO. She then spies on them for a while until they go their separate ways. Noa asks him who was he on a date with? Keiichi was shocked by her sudden appearance but answered her. Noa began to suspect something was wrong and hired an investigator to help Keiichi get out of the potential marriage. Her plan worked and he was able to avoid marrying the corrupt CEO's daughter. Noa apologized to Keiichi and offered to give him the job back with better pay. He was going to refuse but felt that this was his last chance to better himself, so he accepted.

Third, even with all of that happening, the bitter ironic truth is that my colleagues are just as bitter, sad, lonely, and single as I am, and they are trying to fight that sort of thing in their lives and I also know that they are hiding their own feelings and fears, not just to make you impressed by them, but to also try and make myself happy, and your colleagues as well. Can your employees be that way for you genuinely, as well as of their own volition, in their own lives? I am most certain that the answer to that question is going to be a resounding no.
