When I can be moved up and be more productive than the female with kids...like seriously... society caters to women with kids now...and everyone takes a dump on an actual competitive female who doesn't want kids or love to slow me down, but now I'm stuck waiting for the women with kids to leave or I'm covering their higher rank post(showing I can take over EASY) but have to wait til she comes back from leave from her baby???
