Loved the intial dormitibus for its more sureal take, but after hearing about... him... I was disgusted, so seeing this, the same experience, but better, was amazing! The new characters fit with the old, the old ones look clearer, and the mechanics are simple yet challanging when combined!Garvey is now an actual villian, with a motive, duality, and actual character! And my fav part, cardboard theater, looks much better! Love this remake!
I went from being sickened by Garvey in the original to actually feeling sorry for him in this remake. His actions aren’t JUSTIFIED, murder is a difficult thing to find any justification for, but in cases like this, it’s easier to *understand.* Garvey didn’t kill those kids because they bullied him or because he had… ahem, urges, he killed them because they nearly killed someone Garvey genuinely loved.
When i watched this as a kid, i was scared to watch it. But finished watching it. Now im about to go to college and seeing this again and im still scared of it lol. Thanks for the longplay of my childhood horror fangames.
My only gripe with this remaster is that it's visually too dark in most areas. You can barely almost see some of the animatronics and I know it's a purgatory but cmon I gotta know what I'm looking at without squinting my eyes
I found one mistake with Garvey mechanic, sometimes he might be too fast, just today when i was playing night 10 he was on the right side through the vents, after he left he was in the second vent but i didn't know wich one so i checked and he killed me. I'm not mad but he should have a little delay before next attack

I don't understand, why did they make everything so pitch black in that version ? In original there was everything a bit greenish and bright. In most if not all FNAFs office is somewhat bright. But here - I Can't see anything besides the computer.
I guess they wanted to make it where you as the main character was inside the burning building and died. So, everything you see is all dark and glooming.
The tapes actually sound better, dialogue is good, the intentions? Better then the og thats for sure, and the voice actor did a good job, didnt try to sound emo or some shit

I remember seeing a vid of the old version of this game, I'm not one to usually shoot something down due to graphics and love scuffed games but old dormitabis was an immediate no. And finding out about the other quirks of the old game, I think I dodged a bullet (I was younger when I saw the old dormitabis).

Te lleva a un minijuego, en el cual si vas todo derecho y atraviesas la ùltima pared, te vas a topar con un huevo, y si chocas contra el tu pantalla cambia y te lleva a otra, pero ahì no entiendo nada que hay que hacer, porque te dice que te muevas con las flechas y tienes 60 segundos pero yo siempre que me muevo, me mata el reloj. Igual si alguien sabe si tiene soluciòn, me encantarìa saber.
I’m so glad people are starting to recognize the remaster more than the original because the original was so terrible. Not just the game or whatever it’s just the background of the game. After hearing what happened and seeing the hate comments on the original game on gamejolt, I now understand why people are starting to hate the developer. I seen my brother play the mini game with a person grabbing a 15 yr old girl and taking her somewhere and r wording her (I believe) and after seeing that and reading the character’s informations about each and one of them, the original is so dark. And to whomever the creator of the original is, this is all your fault.

To be honest i liked the green and ugly atmosphere and texture of the original game and combined with the choppy animation gave the game for me a memorable charm to it similar to fnaf 3 but more creepier but the story of the remastered game has improved SIGNIFICANTLY from the old one but the art style of the game looks way too dull which makes it feel like almost every fnaf game and its extremely dark making hard to make out alot of things also the jumpscares are pretty underwhelming
Fun fact : Fritz is still in control of Cakebear in night 12 ( thats why he's eyes turn pitch black ) even if the havoc puppet took all of his plasma away that did not stop him and yes he wanted John dead thats why he kept trying to catch him while also slowly going more and more insane ...
And how did you get access to 12 at night, because for some reason l can't click quickly. No, l click on the nose, but the question is how it turns out so quickly, otherwise they constantly die in the mini game.

My only gripe with this game is that the VA for Peter (Phone Guy) just doesn't seem fit for voice acting. He's hard to understand at times, and it just feels so disconnected from Garvey's stellar voice performance. I swear the original VA was a better Phone Guy. But other than that, I find it to be an ok game.
The issue never really was that garvey did the evil things he did, but was the fact he was so poorly written He failed to even be successful as a pure evil villian Game seemed good though

He is slowed down when you view the vent he is going through, and you also have to get to the other side before him
