It’s not fair to have to stay around someone who is causing immense amounts of anxiety just because you have to reassure their disordered thinking. Patience and compassion is absolutely helpful in helping a person like this heal, but at the end of the day it’s their job to do the work to overcome their anxieties, healing does not come from outside sources🤍
