I took it back to my reseller store, which they denied that it was a tension break but an accident on my end. Then proceeded to tell me they could glue it for 30 dollars. Knowing I took damn care of my uke.I reached out to Kala after bring denied at my resellers and they agreed to take a look with free shipping. I got my ukulele back today. Not my original but a brand new ukulele, free of charge. They agreed it was a tension break and shipped me out a brand new one COMPLETELY free. They were amazing to work with and had the up most respect for my word and my feelings towards my ukulele. I recommend Kala to anyone who reads this. Not just because their ukuleles are beautiful, in both sound and look. But because of the customer service I got. 100 percent AMAZING!!! THANK YOU!
if you don't want to use a capo, you can also turn the strings a half step up. or just play it in it's original key, it's pretty easy in the original tbh

You can also tune your ukulele to g# c# f and a# which would make it sound the same as the capo :D

capos are pretty easy to get, and really aren't that expensive. A cheap one works just fine. Or the pencil trick works too!

If you don't have the capo you can simply just tune your uke one note higher for each string. For example, tune the G string up to a G sharp
