    In other words, the particles from the big bang created an energy field that collapsed against other energy fields to fill the void, the void that doesn't exist because it's impossible in theory. And it just keeps expanding. Anomalies are seen as dark matter because it reverts matter into it's origin state.

      Now I've not got a doctorate in HEP but I do have some basic knowledge. There will never be a particle accelerator that gets to velocities that, for example CERN does, in meters. Even for small particles like alpha particles, the energy required to accelerate them, and contain them, is far to massive (literally in this case) to be contained in the small of a volume.

    It’s like stretching a rubber band as far as you can .The rubber band returns to it’s former state instead of remaining stretched?The Experiment at CERN wants to break the rubber‘s elasticity. Like continuously trying to burst a balloon by repetitively blowing air into it until it burst.Or rather say they want to retrieve the energy of the rubber band while it is still in it‘s elastic state and it is difficult to contain.It‘s an alternative search for energy at molecular level.

    If mass is the resistance of particles through the Higgs field then how come a body in motion in a perfect vacuum with no gravity doesn’t slow to a stop from the from the energy lost due to the “friction” it experiences as it moves through the Higgs field?

    • @afklion7140
      @afklion7140 3 года назад +9

      I think it’s because for matter to accumulate, it took millions of years. So for a body of mass to build up enough particles to actually have a significant slow down would also require millions of years, longer than humans have lived. He also explained that a perfect vacuum technically doesn’t exist since there are still particles floating around

    • @eirikgogstad5875
      @eirikgogstad5875 2 года назад +4

      Because the friction in the example they used with the marbles is physical, but the higgs field is quantum physical. I would guess friction doesn't work the same way on that scale.
      How I understood it, mass is a property that the higgs field can possess, and this property moves along the higgs field through space time. That doesn't mean the resistance of the higgs field causes friction to happen, because it isn't resistance in the same way as we understand it in the physical macro world.

    • @clientesinformacoes6364
      @clientesinformacoes6364 2 года назад

      we still don't understand how higgs field works, but I suspect the particles from space time are all bonded to one another through a field without friction like tiny magnets , that gives elasticity to space time, this property could explain gravity and perpetual motion in a object moving in space, it is all about action and reaction from spacetime itself against the particles, also could explain how atoms and nucleus lose mass when break apart, I suspect that is caused by an implosion of such field, two bonded particles could have a higher range of the field then separately. So what gives a mass to particles in my opinion is basically a field, matter could be more empty then spacetime itself, just like air bubbles in the water.

    To a Christian such as myself, science has always been a method humans could use to discover the wonders of God. After all, God gave us the minds to think and create ourselves, so of course He would want us to use it. In the Bible, He gave us permission to have dominion over the animals and materials that existed in this world. We are allowed to use these materials to create and discover, to learn more and more about our universe. We are constantly curious because it was always ingrained in us to discover new things.
    Case in point: Whether you believe in God or not, we still strive to understand the world around us and how things are made. Regardless of religion, we've always come up with explanations for things, theorizing things, since as far back as we can remember. The beauty of it all is that no matter how many answers we solve, we still end up with more questions. The universe is so intricately designed that I can't imagine it ever being by accident. Accidents are things that we did not intend. Imperfect actions that we did not want to make, or moments of regret we did not wish to happen. On the other hand, if the universe was an accident, how does that explain how perfect the universe seems to be to always have an explanation for something, only to find another question with another explanation? The human body and life itself is already a miracle that we still don't know the answer to.
    Religious people have the idea that God, a god, or many gods have created the universe we live in. Atheists have the belief (most, at the moment) that the universe was a happy accident where something came from nothing. Both sides just can't agree with one another mainly because both sides haven't tried to understand the perspectives of the other party. Atheists are trying to figure out scientifically how this world was made, how it began. It's hard to imagine that it was created by something that we cannot see, hear, or touch. Religious people (a lot of them, at least) can't seem to wrap their minds around the fact that science may have something to do with how God designed the world, sometimes outright rejecting the thought and considering certain forms of science as near heresy.
    In this comment section alone, people are either trying to prove or disprove the existence of this god particle. If it does indeed exist, in my perspective I just see it as another form of God's power. It is called the god particle, after all. However, I don't see it as God itself. Reason being, for a scientific mind you would still have the question: Why does this particle exist? How does it exist? No matter how far you go, or how many new things you discover, this question will forever linger in the air.
    If you think I can say for 100% fact that God exists, I will tell you that I probably will never be able to explain how or if He does. My belief is entirely based on faith, because of the inconsistencies of science, and also historical evidence among other things. Not everyone will agree with me on this. I don't expect everyone to in the first place. The same goes as to how I can't agree with the idea that something was born out of nothing. In my mind, the only way something can be first created is if it was deliberately done. Just as how we are only able to create if we deliberately try to make it. If nothing happens, nothing is done. Only if something happens, does something get done. That's pretty much the law of cause and effect. You can't have an effect if there never was a cause.
    To me, the only explanation is that there is a God. Perhaps you can argue how God could exist. It's true I can't prove He exists. But the reason I believe He does, as I said, is based entirely on faith. Because there is no other explanation I can think of. I would rather risk being wrong believing in a Creator than ending up being wrong in the idea that He doesn't exist. To me that makes the most sense. If I die and He doesn't exist, then nothing happens and life goes on without me. If He does exist, then life may continue forever in an afterlife. To me the most mind-boggling idea is giving up on the idea, even when it could still be a possibility no matter how small. If people are able to believe in the theories of the Big Bang or other scientific theories that had a very minimal chance of happening to the point of near impossibility, then why couldn't others believe in the possibility of the existence of God? I can only tell you of miracles that have happened that science has yet to figure out. People either believe or don't believe in these miracles. I believe Jesus was able to rise from the dead and save us from sin. Not everyone can believe in that, nor do I expect everyone to believe. Factual evidence is only in these miracles that happen around us, that have seemingly no explanation, or what we consider 'coincidences' that may have led to paths in the future we never thought possible. If God exists, He is beyond our imagination and interacts in the world differently than we know. That's the only explanation I can give.
    ...I think I've ranted for way too long. Now I apologize for literally barfing out my thoughts. xD

    So can we say all particles at a certain speed will exhibit the properties of waves, just like photons? Only when a photon is interacted with does it begin to exhibit the properties of a particle...like field interference...so dark energy is the effect of particles moving faster than light in a wave state, so essentially it would resemble a dark void, undetectable because of the binding energy of photons...a particle without binding energy is infinite space

    Higgs boson certainly isn't a god particle as it's only a particle generated as effect in rippling Higgs field. It doesn't satisfy the beyond perspective of unifying aspect in quantum mechanics. It's just another quantum field. God particle certainly is hidden within the context of quark collision along other undiscovered particles which may lead to the unifying aspect of the whole of quantum fields. Gravity and forces can be excluded as they may be the consequences of the quantum-duality that generates forces within to bind eachother and extending with energy-strains within the particles.

    lol ... From the book … SPOOK … Science Tackles the Afterlife … author … Mary Roach.
    On December 26, 1993, the Hubble Telescope made visual contact with Heaven and took hundreds of pictures and sent these pictures of Heaven to Goddard Space Center in Maryland…. In the pictures of Heaven, you can see bright light and what looks like the Holy City…. Heaven is located at the end of the Universe. This dispatch comes to us courtesy of the Internet Religious News service.
    One fine day I called Goddard Space Flight Center to see what they had to say about this. “Well,” said a good-natured NASA spokesperson named Ed Campion, “it is true that Hubble focuses on faint lights at the most distant parts of the universe.” That’s why NASA sent a telescope way out into space-to get closer to the oldest, most distant parts of the universe, the stuff that dates to the Big Bang. But Campion hadn’t heard about the heaven photos. Or the secret NASA space probe that recorded millions of voices singing “Glory, Glory, Glory to the Lord on high” over and over-as reported, here again, by our imaginative friends at the Internet Religious New service. Or the NASA photos of the “Two Giant Human-Looking Eyes in deep space that are billions of light years around the billions of light years apart looking at earth.”
    “That last one,” said Campion, “kind of gives me the willies.”

    Question how can you discover the unseen with the naked eye , if you discover anything it has a source , anything solid at that , that's far-fetched to say God doesn't exist without even proving an existing being even has powers or created everything , so I guess this jar of ichor is evidence do to ancient history 450,000 years ago , so cause and effect is the question , what caused the inflation of the ominverse starts with sound , fact sound radiates throughout the cosmos and echos back to the original source , so predating this has to be a God aka KHAOS which her saliva it's a clear slimy substance that hardens up and turns into a golden honey looking sap her saliva, all putting mythology with religion and science I have the evidence that you couldn't have discovered anything without a sample from her , you can't create or clone zero energy , without all of the elements that make up all things lol .... So that's a serious act of treason , the particle , you all try to understand everything but without someone explaining themselves meaning her explaining it
