Terrific video Harry .. 1:06:58 see the scaffold under the pipe rack left center, I spent 35 yrs working as a scaffolder in mining and petrochemical plants exactly the same as that :) cheers from Brisbane Au.

Ook vaak geweest Harry, Brunsbuttel vanuit Rotterdam om een schip daar te bevoorraden met proviand., 1 keer terug gegaan met een pont naar Cuxhaven, maaltijd aan boord inbegrepen., mooi reisje.
the reason why you don't see many long nosed trucks in europe is because of lengthregulations a tractor/trailer unit may not be longer then 16,5 mtr or about 54ft so the longer the tractor the less loading space you have left , we do have long nosed tractor but the are mostly used in the heavy haulage (they have oversize permits) and in the dumptrucks or tippers they usualy pull smaller sized trailers , and some tankercompany's like the company Harry drives for have a few noses as well .

Mooi ritje Harry, naar Brunsbuttel ook wel een paar keer geweest via Hamburg, scheepsproviand leveren aan boord van een zeeschip aldaar,., 1 keer terug met de pond naar Cuxhaven,. , met een maaltijd aan boord erbij inbegrepen, 60 gulden kostte het toen.
mooi filmpe man..hollands is mijn tweede taal en ik findt het altijd leuk om hollandse talig filmen te bekijken..gemma x

Ik dacht echter dat een Volvo een zeer goed geconstueerde auto is (personen danwel vrachtauto). Maar waar komt dat gerammel dan vandaan bij iedere hobbel in de weg danwel een trillend camera beeld?
Je maakt mooie filmpjes Harry,heb ze allemaal gezien,maar wat laad jij zoal,toch niet altijd gevaarlijke stoffen?
het geluid valt bij elke hobbel uit . jammer. maar verder leuk filmpje.
i didn't see any long nosed trucks on the road way. is this because it easier to drive in Europe with a cab over truck vice a long nose? the one part of the country looked like they were big on wind turbines it was about 1:11.05 into the video. what kind of a plant was the drive at in 1:13.40 of the video I 'm glad he knew where he was going as I was lost after the first turn. Do they have a lot of ferries in Europe. i enjoyed it thanks
I know it a bit late, but in Europe, they have very strict truck lengths I believe the total length of the tractor plus trailer is included in the length. Whereas in the USA only the trailer is counted so to get the most out of carrying a load Cab overs are the norm.
