Unfortunately I don't have any control over that. I do not have my videos set for mid-roll ads - NOT EVER - but for those without RUclips Premium it seems to happen on a random basis. I wish I could do something about it, I really do... but Premium is the only way to ensure no ads. Sorry about that.

What’s the point of a sound therapy channel when I get ads every 5 mins.
