frist the tie rods then the spaceres then the partetion plat till you constrect the full length between the end plats then you put the end plates then insert the tube do the expanding then put the sliding pltes and weld

First of 02 ss flange mild tig welding side than mark punching small rouand shape divederas than 19.50 bore holl seamless pipe argoan welding two side flange top bottom dishend welding than inlet outlet flange erw pipe welding than hydro testing .

and make sure you put some nozzel connection in the channel head for the tube fluid inlet and out let
