Ihave qusetion and lhope to read it and reply ,, in pheochromocytoma there is increase of blood / hypertension you say in this vedio that the cause of HTN due to effect of catecholamin on vessle and causing vasoconstriction. But lthink , as u know catecholamines have alpha1 reseptor on skin and gut which is vasoconstrictor lead to colic pain, but have B2 receptor in skeletal musle which is vasodilator, And also as u know catecholamin have B1 receptor in kidney lead to increase stimulation of Renin system , increase Na and H2O retention , and so high blood pressure. Is't right explantion or vasoconstrictio is the main cause ??!! Alot of thank,,
And also ,, lwant to ask about the main cause of Tremor in pheochromocytoma.. Dose it due to inhibition of alpha2 receptor which present at nerve ending of sympathtic pathway and the alpha2 R. inhibit by the fedback mechanis by the high level of catecholamin .??!!
