the Rowland / Proulx situation playing out with Rowland becoming the starter after a poor team wide start to the season and Proulx then being shipped overseas is a perfect encapsulation of this staff getting it fundamentally wrong from the jump. invest in the high upside 25 year old or go for the 30 year old who cannot play the ball out of the back? great choice, team!
