    "I think it would be hard for me if I saw science and religion at odds with each other." When you get older, IF you grow up, you learn to deal with reality. Alternatively, you can just continue to hide from reality with religion if you don't want to ever have to grow up.

    • @FourDeuce01

      ***** "I am not sure if you are aware,but science was invented by religious people" I am sure you are not aware, that first quote is a good example of the Appeal to Authority Fallacy. Look it up. "The hate and negativity promoted towards religion is thanks to brain dead people who get their information from zionists controlled secular mass-media." The lies and stupidity promoted by religious liars is thanks to idiots too lazy to think for themselves.

    • @FourDeuce01
      @FourDeuce01 10 лет назад

      ***** "you completly avoided what I said." Post something worth responding to and I will respond to it. Keep posting garbage and I will continue to treat it as the garbage it is. "[if you wanna be smart,you have to be atheist]" You can't even get your lies right. You can't speak for atheism if you're too stupid to think. "in reality its the extreme opposite." In reality you can't prove ANY of your stupid lies.

    • @FourDeuce01
      @FourDeuce01 10 лет назад

      *****"Very [atheistic] of you." Very religious of you to continue lying about what I said. Keep it up. Lying always makes people pay more attention to the crap you post. "Are you aware you are suffering of a extreme case of arrogance and unfairness?" No, I am not aware of that. If you can prove that lie, I can become aware of it. "JUDGing a person you dont even know,based on beliefs you understand even less." I am not judging you based on beliefs, stupid. I am judging you based on the crap you post. "you should check your manners" I don't take advice from idiots. "take a day off the internet,maybe go in a monastery and reflect a bit on your life." I still don't take advice from idiots. If you want to give people advice, you first need to show you are qualified to give advice. Being an idiot doesn't qualify you for that job.

    • @FourDeuce01

      ***** "JUDGing a person you dont even know,based on beliefs you understand even less" Wrong, stupid. I don't judge you idiots based on beliefs. I judge you on the stupid lies you post. THAT is why you keep failing.

    A lot of religions do recognize their limits, just how science does.
    For example, Christianity declares that, "No one can fully comprehend God." Thus the majority of their religious leaders still have the duty to keep studying, to keep trying to find answers and interpretations of a much greater truth about the purpose and meaning of existence, the same way scientists are still trying to find truths about how things work in the world of today. I'm not saying that they're completely alike, but I'd disagree that religion is merely a source of answers that are claimed to be definite.

    Science for physical and Philosophy for metaphysical. Humanity needs both of these.
    Physical = atheist
    Metaphysical = theist
    Physical and metaphysical = agnostic
    Thats why im a agnostic theist.

  • @rustyHEAD3

    I guess it should be more about science and philosophy. When we concentrate in religion alone, we only focus on giving 'god' a sense. In philosophy, we give light to everything. I think this is more appropriate, harmony between science and philosophy will lead us more to that absolute truth we are looking for.

    why create human beings for the sole purpose of judging them? When you know everything and have limitless power why create something that is imperfect? Just make people how you want us to be. And what is this meaning of life religious people talk about? If god wants us to follow him blindly and without questioning him then he's taking away the free will that was given to us. And what purpose would the most powerful thing in existence need us for? The only thing that comes to mind is maybe entertainment, but that seems petty for something as amazing as god

    • @redheadedgamer88
      @redheadedgamer88 10 лет назад +1

      I'm glad you brought up "imperfect" because it disproves the Christian god. This is called the perfection paradox and it goes like this; if the god of the bible is perfect, and perfection knows no flaw, then nothing the god creates can be flawed or he himself isn't perfect. In detail, as stated, Perfection is the absence of flaw and something perfect will be eternally infallible. Since a perfect being/creator would not know what flaw is he therefore could not create it. Furthermore every creation of a perfect being would instantly, by default, be just as perfect as the creator because perfection can only spawn perfection. Since humans are imperfect and flawed we could not be the product of a perfect creator.

      After creation God said it was good. He didn't create an imperfect world, nor did he create imperfect people (Adam and Eve) What made us fall was sin. We have inherited a sinful nature by Adam. Who taught you to steal, lie, cheat etc? And why are you compelled to do those things when you know it is the wrong thing to do?

    I 100 percent agree with you. I've spent a lot of time discussing, debating, and arguing with non believers and Atheist about how science explains how and Religion explains why. I believe knowledge without understanding or reason causes ignorance and you my friend are no dummy. I don't have the credentials, no degrees or formal education so my voice won't be heard. But through my knowledge and own understandings, I too find it absolutly absurd to have acquired all of this knowledge contained in this book we call life and would dismiss the author as if the book created itself. Vanity was the same reason lucifer was cast from heaven for placing himself before GOD amongst the masses. Why is man so eager to follow in his footsteps??? Great vid

    I see religion as a way to cope with unanswered questions, injustice, and death. So we made up a all knowing god, in our image, that knows all the answers, that is absolute justice, and cures us of mortality.

    There are a lot of religious/spiritual people who also happen to be scientists. That doesn't prove anything. Science and religion will always be at odds, as the former is fact-based while the latter is faith-based. The defn of faith is "believe without evidence" or fact. Hence by defn these two cannot occupy the same space and time forever. We know ultimately which one will be biting the dust.

    The problem is religion says "Here are all the answers... Now accept them without question." While science says "There is a lot we still don't know, so we will keep asking questions and doing the work to find the factual answers to those questions."

    • @glitterforever01
      @glitterforever01 9 лет назад

      +redheadedgamer88 On the contrary in Christianity at least religion is very much faith based we don't know all the answers and it is your choice whether or not you accept what the Bible says nothing is forced. It is all put in your decision whether or not you accept creationism and believe in God and the Bible.

    • @glitterforever01
      @glitterforever01 9 лет назад

      I am a southern baptist christian, and sadly there are Christians who say things like that (usually in the older generations) But they catch themselves in a contradictory statement because the Bible says: Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. (Matt 7:1-5) Some christians don't see the hypocrisy in what they say because they say you need to believe in the whole Bible but they miss a crucial part by being hypocrites which Jesus often spoke about in the Bible.

    I AGREE WITH HIM! god and science don't need to be adversaries because thats when you alienate the religious people or non religious people. These are two dimensions of humans, we are in nature spiritual and questioning creatures looking to answers for all questions, especially morality. Why are so many offended, this is simply a neutral argument and its unhealthy to impose your ideas and talk down to people who are religious or athiests. Public: just chill out, dont be so angry, you dont need to have a god, and you dont need to not have a god - FREE WILL! peace

      Did God invent cancer? Did God introduce sin to a perfect creation? No an enemy is responsible. We might call it the Great Controversy, a war between competing ideologies if you will. Dr Neil Degrasse Tyson (a favorite of mine) attacks the benevolence of God by introducing malformed fetuses, a myriad of physical deformities and asks the same question as you (sort of). A better question would be; has mankind contributed in any way to disease (as we know it) or fetal deformities, or any other anomalies that appear out of sync or in- congruent with an otherwise perfect creation. The answer is unequivocally yes and you don't have to dig very far to find evidence relating abnormalities to our misuse of science and our self reliant intelligence.

      TheGateKeeper Granted some abnormalities and diseases can be attributed to human interference, but that is not the only explanation. What about hereditary diseases passed on through genes? Many religious people believe that disease only comes about through sin and that is just ridiculous. Just look at how many people use faith healing and die, often from something that is easily curable.

    • @TheGateKeeper001
      @TheGateKeeper001 10 лет назад

      As a Creationist, I believe that sin is contributory to heredity/genetic, though not individual sin (though individual choices would contribute to lifestyle associated disease). The original sin problem did and is doing untold damage to all life on earth. As far as death, whether we were healed or not we all die as a result of sin. I believe that we were never meant die which makes this a strange reality.

      Christians do not get taught how to hate (John 13:34). If a Christian hates on you verbally and physically because of your beliefs, then they are not being a true Christian. In the Christian belief, we believe that all men and women in this Earth and on heaven are all God's sons and daughters, if a Christian hates on another person they are not being a true Christian for they are pretty much hating on God Himself (Luke 6:31). The Bible does not say anything about change being a bad thing. Times change every time, and the Bible does not go against that. And your last statement, you said that all Atheists do right things by just because of their consciousness. Now tell me, are you doing the right thing by commenting this comment? Just because Christians believe in something, it doesn't mean it affects us to know what is right and what is wrong. Just because we're Christian, it doesn't make us robots that is controlled by one person. Every person does the right thing by subconsciousness. The Bible even tells us to do things without expecting anything back (Luke 6:35). Anyways, nice talking to you man. You seem like a nice person bro. Always remember that God is with you always even if you reject Him. God bless you bro.

    Trying to find a purpose based answer is an instinct we slowly lose over the years. Children are more likely to say that water was put here so we can live. Someone older and thinks logically will tell you we can live because water was put here...most likely by a comet. Just because we have this beautiful Earth, doesn't mean there has to be a purpose to it. Some great things just happen randomly.

    • @redheadedgamer88
      @redheadedgamer88 10 лет назад

      ***** No, not everything happens for a reason, and to imply that would be to assert that every unspeakably evil thing that has occurred throughout history was meant to happen. A comet's path does change randomly based on gravity, and as we know gravity varies by size and mass of objects in space, but even then gravity can fluctuate since mass can be lost during gravity's effect on an object which is un-calculable during the occurrence.

    I think the difference between two classifications of God will be of some use here:
    a. Interventionist God - the type of god that intervenes with human affairs, like jesus or allah. This is the most popular religious belief and this contradicts the laws of science.
    b. Non-interventionist God - the only type of god that is synonymous with science and pantheistic belief. Examples are: Energy, Gravity, Universe, Laws of physics, Laws of nature, God Particle or Higgs-Boson, etc. This is an unpopular opinion about religiousness and this never contradicts the laws of science because energy, higgs-boson particle or the laws of universe are observable.
    If James Choung is claiming that science and religion cannot be at odds with each other, it is imperative that he specify which type of religious belief he is talking about. Is it the Interventionist religion? or the Non-interventionist religiousness?

    Science explores the 'how' and Religion the 'why'??? Let's start with the very basic question of how the universe is created and watch the two wrestle for centuries.
    Science and Religion do contradict and Religion contradicts itself. The difference between the two is simply one bases truth off of evidence and the other off of faith.

    Religion is the reason science has placed such a negative stigma upon God. They were tortured a few hundred years ago and that hatred for him has carried through. The God of Jesus is not religion. It's relationship. If they could only see the beautiful truth! The freedom and peace! Science is little look at how God did things.

    Perhaps the speakers religion doesn't cross into science, but lets be clear that its happening on a daily basis across America. There are currently 4 states trying to pass legislation in one form or another that would limit the teaching of evolution while promoting nonsense like creationism or intelligent design. If you equate religion to pure spiritualism or pure mysticism that's fine, but the majority of the religious in this world hold very concrete beliefs that are very much at odds with how things actually work in nature, and are intent on teaching those beliefs to my children in school and I wont have it. Most of us who rely on reason and evidence to interpret the world around us don't care what anyone chooses to believe, the problem arises when those beliefs, which are usually based in bronze age teachings and superstition are used to try and subvert secular democracy.

    Before i say anything i just want to say i respect the opinions of everyone and do not want to offend anyone on this post.
    I agree with this video because i do believe that most of the most basic parts of religion such as morality, spirituality and the beauty of the universe are very good and the belief of a creator is something that can be easily accepted when its combined with all of these good things.
    And i do believe science and religion can go together amazingly to change this world and to combine humanity in the search for meaning and enlightenment.
    In this video it is mentioned that science goes to far in saying that god does not exist and that both parties have gone too far in certain times but religious people need to realize that the hole of science and all of its discoveries disproves many of the events that religion and the bible said were true now i wont go to far into that because i am not here to do that
    God should not be taken as a fact until there is true evidence but GOD should be taken as a metaphor for the immense universe that is out there and all of its beauty and in all of this, we the human race was born to create a beautiful civilization with a huge future ahead of us. Just imagine what our race could do if we just unite! Religion and science working together to answer all the questions in the universe!
    Thank you for your time :)

Specifically, what issues do you have with the Bible? Which books, chapters, verses, accounts? Be specific. Maybe we can help you find some logical answers to your concerns.
    To discredit the Bible by simply calling it a book of fairy tales without first examining it and putting it to the test is narrow-minded. Voice your specific concerns, and give the Bible a chance to defend itself.

    I am an EE and an Applied Mathematics major at a local University. I ponder not only why and how things work here in this Universe, so I would like to call myself a Scientist. I am not too religous but I am not ignorant enough to be aetheist either. I have aetheist friends who believe that christians and the likes are evil people. Also, I have religious friends who believe that this world is the devils world and we should not get involved in politics and what not.
    My point is,we as humans are dammed if we do and dammed if we do not. If there is an existance of god, then by all means when the end of days come l will let god know I am sorry for not accepting his existance. However, if there is no god, no spiritual realm then my body should rot in the ground so that some creatures may feed upon it and thus reproduce life. Some of these religious people blindly follow their beliefs even when somethings in the bible have been either disproven/or not explained.
    in the same breath, Aetheist (Most are not even Scientist), take whatever they hear from the media and what not to try and produce a banwaggon to bash on religious people, without understanding the full context of what is being explained.
    I am disliking this video not becuase this guy is religious, I am disliking it becuase it is sponsored/recommended for me in which I have no reason to be interested, also his comparison of a scientist and a pastor/priest is god awful.
    Not to discredit relgious people, becuase I am agnostic. But, that is like comparing something that explainsi and provides visual proof to something that relies purely on faith and faith alone. Scientist don't try to explain how, they try to explain the entierty of something. Who what when where and how.
    Anyways good day, both sides are equally as ignorant as the other.

Their methods may differ yes, but I believe they do share a few common goals.

    When it comes to this subject, I'm for the following:
    1. Embracing science
    2. Reconciliation and interpretation of scripture.
    3. Dialogue
    4. Promotion of science in religious circles.
    These are ALL possible. We just need the people with the right mindset. We need people who are open, critical thinkers, see potential and who see hope. With the right people, we can bridge the gap.

    Religions are the creation of mankind. Not GOD (since there are no evidence that GOD created religion). We are responsible for that creation of "GOD" that we long for, that we hope for. I am Agnostic. You can't simply link GOD (if there is one or more) to these religions because they exploit the concept of GOD. Study human and the past civilization is very important to actually understand how religions comes about.

      "Science can never explain" How do you know this? The tools and methodologies of future science are unknown. You cannot say what science will be unable to answer in the future, only what is unable to answer now.
      And just because science can't answer it now does not mean "god did it". That's an argument from ignorance.
      "You can not even ask this question" What was before the big bang? There. I asked it.
      And there COULD be answers. In fact, science is beginning to show us evidence that may lead to an answer to this question. Our own black holes may help provide these answers.

    • @jimihendrix9060
      @jimihendrix9060 10 лет назад

      Matt Coakes Those answers are Bull. We all know that it all came from one point. The God Particle…not the Higgs Boson. If you break down our material world past the atoms, particles, and even quarks, and get down to the tiniest material that is universal among all things. That is the God Particle….a Higgs Boson is not. One of these particles coming into existence (bringing time, space, and all of its other dimensions with it) would create a Big Bang. A lot of energy SUDDENLY "coming" into existence would have a lot of energy. The question still remains how does something "come" from nothing. BTW come is a word created by humans to describe the cause-effect universe we live in. Before our universe there may not have been cause and effect. So, the word "come" is probably a terrible attempt to describe what really happened.

    • @mattcoakes5682
      @mattcoakes5682 10 лет назад

      david hadaway The "god particle" is a nickname given to the higgs boson. They aren't two different things.
      "The question still remains how does something "come" from nothing."
      In quantum mechanics, something coming from nothing is a common occurrence. The singularity was a quantum particle, so it coming from nothing fits within the model of physics. Besides, if you argue "something cannot come from nothing", that means that any proposed god would have to come from something. An infinitely complex and powerful being existing for no reason is much more unlikely then a single particle existing for no reason. And sure, there might be a reason for it, but saying that reason is a supernatural cause (that we can't confirm exists) is more likely than a natural cause (that follows our current model of physics) is preposterous. Sure, there must be a first cause to causality, but that does not mean the first cause must be conscious.
      "Before our universe there may not have been cause and effect" I'm with you there. Which is why claiming that a god is necessary is absurd. The first cause doesnt necessarily need a cause. The big bang could be that first cause.

    • @redheadedgamer88
      @redheadedgamer88 10 лет назад

      david hadaway Humans only know cause and effect so we believe it applies universally. This draws to two conclusions. 1) Something can't come from nothing 2) There is a cause for us being here on Earth. Both lines of reasoning are flawed because they are merely assumptions based upon our limited knowledge. I don't think there is an atheist out there that would ever say "something came from nothing." Instead, one would be inclined to accept the possibility that matter has always existed, the same way theists would say their god did.

      I know one thing and that's that God exists and he loves us. Religion is not what I put my faith in.I came to understand that life is about serving God and sometimes that means working with what we have. Religion isn't the sum of spirituality and trust me God is often misunderstood by those even with keen spiritual discernment. I am young and I don't know everything, not even close, just that humanity believes what they want to believe. We don't decide right and wrong. God does. I look at the black, white and all the shades of gray. If only more people would stop trying to be right and accept what their heart tells them is true.

    • @asordidreality
      @asordidreality 10 лет назад

      ***** It's good that you look at all shades of grey, but perception of colors is possibly our greatest trait. In that I mean: it is our great and vast visual perception which we should celebrate. (even though we can perceive only 1 percent of the light spectrum...) Humans are unique in our ability to even conceive of our lives. I don't ask that people no longer believe in a god, just that they question what the idea of "GOD", really is...
      If there is some controlling entity watching over the earth, then that "god" is a hateful, destructive, careless god. The only description of god that I can find intellectually agreeable, is the idea that "god" is some force in the universe that is fundamental, and was the most prominent power in the creation of life.
      Religion on any hand, is simply, and completely, disprovable. I don't try to claim some greater knowledge (as religion often does), I just state that there is no true way of knowing. I don't relate myself to agnostics, or atheists, or anyone of the sort. I simply try to interpret everything that I experience on a daily basis as something that I can learn from. Of course this lead me to a lack of faith, and eventually a condemn-able attitude towards faith, but I "believe" that faith is foolish, by what I've come to understand.

    • @TheWhiteraven07
      @TheWhiteraven07 10 лет назад

      I can see where your coming from and you must understand God has changed his tactics with humanity as we have grown. Just as a parent must allow their children to grow up and teach them right and wrong. God must be a father, a teacher, a friend and sometimes a disciplinarian. He in his highest form is pure light and love, yet must be all the things I mentioned above and more as well. Read the Qabalah and it can explain so many things. Remember we must look at everything as a concept, even God. Break it down and then rebuild it. Existence has a pattern and only one thing remains constant: the struggle of opposing forces and ideas. Blind faith is foolish I agree. Yet, my faith is everything but blind as I have asked every question I can think of and I found a lot of answers. I never found any peace as there was always more to learn. Science is discovering now how little they know, just as each man must too realize how little he knows. When you believe in even a small way God will reach out to know you. You just have to let him in. He doesn't expect you to change who you are, he just wants to reveal the desires of your own soul so that you know exactly what your purpose is.

    "As a kid, I tore apart clocks and built radios..."
    Ummm....making radios and clocks doesn't make you a "scientist". Albert Einstein was a scientist. Here's a quote from him:
    "...I came-though the child of entirely irreligious (Jewish) parents-to a deep religiousness, which, however, reached an abrupt end at the age of twelve. Through the reading of popular scientific books I soon reached the conviction that much in the stories of the Bible could not be true. The consequence was a positively fanatic orgy of freethinking coupled with the impression that youth is intentionally being deceived by the state through lies; it was a crushing impression. Mistrust of every kind of authority grew out of this experience, a skeptical attitude toward the convictions that were alive in any specific social environment-an attitude that has never again left me, even though, later on, it has been tempered by a better insight into the causal connections. It is quite clear to me that the religious paradise of youth, which was thus lost, was a first attempt to free myself from the chains of the 'merely personal,' from an existence dominated by wishes, hopes, and primitive feelings. Out yonder there was this huge world, which exists independently of us human beings and which stands before us like a great, eternal riddle, at least partially accessible to our inspection and thinking. The contemplation of this world beckoned as a liberation, and I soon noticed that many a man whom I had learned to esteem and to admire had found inner freedom and security in its pursuit. The mental grasp of this extra-personal world within the frame of our capabilities presented itself to my mind, half consciously, half unconsciously, as a supreme goal. Similarly motivated men of the present and of the past, as well as the insights they had achieved, were the friends who could not be lost. The road to this paradise was not as comfortable and alluring as the road to the religious paradise; but it has shown itself reliable, and I have never regretted having chosen it."

    Scientists don't say, that because of evolution, there is no "god". They merely state the fact that scientific reality is perpendicular to typical, Bronze-Age religious mythology (and that there is no man sitting on a throne perched atop a "FIRMament"-- firmamentum in Latin; raqiya in Hebrew; steroma in Greek--all meaning "metal dome"). Stop making a fool of yourself on youtube, and do some research.

    when you just see the complex of a human been, just the hand have so many muscles and parts that think it comes from an unicelular system you could think is just imposible to have this by casuality. then also you discover how many answer are in science. i agree this video completely.
    But i disagree that they can not jump each other. maybe when they jump in eachother fields will find they appear to be odds but there will find a lot of answer.
    In the other hand religion is always a problem. Always i don´t follow people or persons who can fail i beleive in god i try to see god and folllow god and i meet with more people that try to do the same in a church. But church and religion itself is not the answer.
    Everything that man touch he destroy it. Scandals, pastors for money, new ways to see the bible, nah nah nah.
    Even more, the man has two parts. one spiritual and another totally sited on reality but to be really complete human been we need to give food to both otherwise we always be uncomplete, unsatisfy.
    That is the goal to have both well attended and lisen to God and stay in the reallity also where you have to deal with good and bad people. The bible says “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves"
    nothing more to say but never stop searching for the truth i don´t beleive God wants stupid beleivers he gaves us the tools and the mind and the reason. bible also says "but test them all; hold on to what is good" 1 Thessalonians 5:21
    test test and probe god also. He will answer if you ask him truly and search for him also truly.
    God bless you all

    We need to go back to the Dark Ages, when prayer to MY god worked and we didn't need science!
    (ignore the fact that half of all kids sufferd and died...that was just my imaginary friend working in "mysterious ways" ;-)

    WRONG! Science and religion are most certainly at odds with one another. Religion gives us no real answers for "why" things are the way they are, they only give poorly reasoned answers for questions we don't have answers to...yet. Science gives us the "how" and often the "why." But in many cases there may in fact be no "why" - and that's when many people turn to religion. Religion makes us ignorant, and then praises that ignorance as a virtue, in a never-ending game of one-upsmanship where those can believe the most unbelievable are the winners. Religion teaches us that certain ideas, and questions are not welcome. It demands we make special exceptions for it, where we wouldn't otherwise. It deceives us, threatens us, shames us, dehumanizes us, and may end up being our downfall as a species. To many this man seems like he is being reasonable, fair, and open-minded...but that's all an illusion.
    We hear the same thing from creationists who'll say things like "Teach both sides in school, and let the kids decide." - Sounds reasonable, doesn't it? But when you see that there is no evidence for creation, only faith their "side" falls apart completely. We might as well teach our children a unicorn, or Santa created it all...it has the exact same value. Evolution is THE "side" and the only side, and it's based on painstaking evidence provided by years of scientific research in many, many different fields. We don't have every specimen, or all the information, but we have plenty to show us that evolution is a fact. I'm sooo tired of people (like this guy) appealing to our feelings over our logic. It's dishonesty, it's ignorance, and it's stupidity wrapped up in a friendly and inoffensive package. It's Bullshit.

    I am a scientists and I believe in God and in Jesus Christ. Science is not in conflict with my faith. On the contrary, science reinforces my faith, for the same reasons that have been subtly stated by the person in the video. Namely, the universe is subjected to natural laws which are both rational and intelligible. These laws are mathematical in nature and are not subject to the universe, but rather rule the universe. How can rational, intelligible, mathematical laws have arisen from chaos? In other words, if the universe had no creator and had, therefore, arisen from chaos, there would be no explanation for the existence of these set of rules that are both rational and intelligible. Rationality cannot arise from irrationality. Intelligibility cannot arise from chaos. Hence, God exists and has a purpose for the universe.

    How do we know that VanGough existed? I've never seen him. I've never talked to him. People SAY he was a great artist, but I've never seen him paint anything. It's written down in history books, but how do I know those books are accurate? People lie all the time. For all I know, VanGough could be a figment of someones imagination, a myth with no truth to it whatsoever.

    Through all his mindless drivel, did he ever get around to mentioning which "god" we're supposed to "explore"; is it book-of-mormon-god; qur'angod; biblegod; tanakhgod...?

    Maybe you could work out some coherent thoughts BEFORE making a video.
