Carnival and Shigmo.....we have same Floats ....so I feel it should be only one or combination of both....One Celebration throughout the year.....and that Money can be used for a good cause..... that is what I feel....There was carnival in Porvorim....and also in Panjim..hardly 2-3 Km .. what is the Purpose of having at both the places .....I don't know... Every one has their own... views....God bless...
