That’s amazing bro. 90% of clients I got from next door have been awesome not cheap clients. I get messages on my business page and I don’t even know how. So if I spend $10 do you believe I will see results? I was going to try this but this video changed my opinion on nextdoor ads. But I assume they have made it better as this video is 2 years old.
Do the test again Justin! Glad I watched this before purchasing. Crazy how much your helping on my pressure washing journey. I appreciate everything! 🙏✌️
Hey Justin and other fellow entrepreneurs, question for you guys. I was thinking of starting a small pressure washing side gig but here in Calgary, its very frown upon. They do not allow any chemicals even environmentally friendly soaps are prohibited on the driveway. Is it less regulated in your guys area? I called my city and asked them why there are a dozen pressure washing company's here and they gave me a wishy washy (no pun intended) answer. They kind of just politely said its not good for the drains as it cant handle it but they do not shut down these businesses. Sorry for the rant. Thanks and keep up the great videos! Make dat money BB!
Nextdoor Aye man thx for the tips and the inspiration, we just had our first child and I been outta work since corona, was in the hospital for a while etc. I'm looking at a whole new career direction & I've been subbed since u had like under 20,000... Watching this I decided I'm going to try it. Do you live in an area that has snow to consider in your ability to aquire new customers? We have loads of it & I'm jw if I should wait til spring. Also, I am taking yr advice about starting off with family & friends since I'm inexperienced. Could I do that in the snow? Or is it not a thing.
Hey Justin. I liked your video. Liked the monetary breakdown. I am just a week into sponsoring two ZIP Codes, I have a brand new home watch business. I am confused what is the difference in running an ad versus sponsoring a ZIP Code On next-door? Thanks in advance for your help
This is the same guy trying to sell over priced surfactant, also tried to say u cant use dawn or laundry detergent and that it wont rince of glass, what a joke ive been doing this for over 18 years and when u r soft washing u can definitely use dawn or armon hammer what ever mixed in with your sh and water. Yes there r some surfactant out there that work good and i use for roof washes so its extra sticky but just so all of you know if u r doing soft wash just go buy some 10 dollar armon hammer to mix with, that gallon will last u a long time and it definitely rinces off just fine and things r clean and way way cheaper, also normally i wouldn't call someone out like this but after he and the other guy made a video saying these things just so they could sell there over priced product,i just had to say something and it just seems like these guys r trying to sell everyone on the fact that they are the end all be all know all about presuure washing/soft washing and they just r not, there r a bunch of ways you can do this stuff and there class is not needed and there products r not needed.
Hey justin. U went to school from 1st to 6th grade with a justin and his brother or cuzin dave. Man thanks for your tips and stuff. I gotta go around asking people if i can do stuff for them. Its tough out here but i appreciate your tips n tricks
@@rstuff1605 Im nobody, but my best advice: Sell yourself, know the level you're working at so you can up sell smaller services, find your personal niche and grind toward expansion. I'd find a way to package your services to make a more competitive and complete package deal too depending on what the homeowner wants and needs, and also package in some stuff they don't yet know they need or want. Then sell them on that too.

Man I have learned so much information from you in the last month its amazing. Thank you so much!!
I market a lot on ND as well, they usually don’t notify me of any activity on my posts or ads.
They have a long way to go still.
When setting up your ads and it asks "What is your main goal?", did you select website visits or messages from leads?
Thank you for all your knowledge!!!
I'm on nextdoor. Save your money and just post in the different groups they have

1590 / 2150 = 74%
So with nextdoor 74% of your gross revenue goes to marketing. That seems really bad.....
He said he paid $560

I’ve done everything to get Facebook to verify me. Next door is my last resort. I hope it works.

Dont forget to add expenses and taxes. So really you made about $1000 or less on the $500+ spent.... still good though. I guess....
