I feel like you’re playing semi passive, in the back line with cas / bap instead of up with reaper / hog, not rezzing when you have the opportunity, etc. if you play more agro i bet you’ll dominate!
I've been playing it sooo safe recently because every time I've gone agro it just results in me embarrassing myself and getting easily picked 😭 I've gotta brush up on my movement so I can get away with being agro more

I wouldn't say they are a healbot they are using offensive beam but healing their tank isn't the priority unless really needed.
