Not even, I liked the plot and Raimundo. Also, cuz I liked Jackie Chan Adventures and the use of talesmen and I thought these two shows were kind of similar.
J hart I was like one of my favorite moments in the whole series that was one of the funniest things and every time I remember that I’m like that was the funniest of Jack out of all of the hilarious moments he has just the blank face and the giant mouth that was the only thing that’s changed in that moment and then he’s like OK I’m gonna need a little more than a week
On his own, Jack can be a decent villain. But if you compare him to immortal or incredibly powerful characters like Chase Young, Hannibal Bean, even Wu-ya when she got her powers back, character who are strong without the Shen Gon Wu, we see that he's just kinda not up to the same level. That doesn't mean he can't be a threat, but compared to them, and the monks who, by season 3, could take on these guys he feels wanting.
I actually thought Jack Spicer is more of kind of 'Good guy' in wrong side. The funny thing is, the most successful thing he done is when allying with the monks in every end of season. In season 1 he helped Omi greatly by building a time machine, in season 2 end he helped the monks by sealing the Chi creature and returns warriors' chi, in season 3, he's successful in restoring the original timeline.
In the episode the apprentice, Jack is only want to rule the world because he feels small and worthless And in the episode the life and times of hannibal roy bean, Hannibal said that it appears that Jack is only one generation from being good, which is why he always trying so hard to prove he is evil
@@marius40838 I actually wanted to say that too. I don't know why they scrapped that idea but I think it had to do with the fact that, if they wanted to redeem him they will have to take him more seriously which it would've took away the comedy skits he provided as a joke character. But I still think it would've worked, at least for the season before the final one, they could've made him the Sokka of this show and as a beginner dragon they could've still make comedy skits with him trying to train to master his element and sometimes failing. I've seen they had attempts at it from time to time.
he will always be my hero because his character shows that you dont have to act the part to be incredibly intelligent, and not only that but anyone can fail no matter how brainy they may be.
I seriously loved the animation quirks of this show, like the eye bulging, the famous 0:25 (Which adds humor just for the portrayal of the scream), the in-between-action animations, like when Kimiko's talking about how Wuya is still out somewhere and Jack's face isn't just static, it's actually doing something.
I just wanted to be like him. xD then grew up and well now I just luv the character he's hilarious he should get his series with a twist. sinced he practically takes most of the show mean the other characters r good too but he pops out more
I really like how the last episode showed Jack Spicer scarier as a villain in the future than the main ones in the present COMBINED. And it makes sense. Technology advances fast and Spicer already a smart kid - HE MAKES ROBOTS - he could only become a more formidable threat. Awesome character!
Jack has had moments of brilliance as a heel, but ultimately he's just too sympathetic and entertaining a character for me to despise him. He can be a threat don't get me wrong, but he's just too lovable for me to see him as a true villain. Of course, due to his own incompetence and self loathing, he never ended up turning good either. If you really think about it, Jack is one of the most sympathetic characters on the show. When one separates his bravado and desperation to be accepted as something far greater than just a run-of-the-mill, spoiled rich kid, he's really just a scared, lonely, severely insecure child whom wishes to be both recognized, and revered for his rather extraordinary capabilities.
I never noticed this, but there's an animation error at 1:53, Omi is holding feathers here, but then in a few seconds he's holding the Golden Tiger Claws.
If you want to know some of Danny Cooksey's real other animated roles. He played Jake in Kim Possible Hotstreak in Static shock.Victor in The Ren and Stimpy Show,Montana Max In tiny toon Adventures,Tim in the terminator 2,Dave the Barbarian in well Dave the Barbarian. If you want his more recent roles he played Thaddeus in Phineas and Ferb,Dr. Cheechoo in the secret saturdays, and Brad Buttowski in Kickbutt Buttoswki.
Well, he's actually, the main antagonista and leader of the Heylin, as seen in Time After Time: Part I, where Omi travels to future only to see that Jack (that's right) had ruled the world in his absence he even captured Chase, Wuya, and Hannibal.
@@unseenphantomamvsytp2186 while I do realize that the quality was quite low/sub par, but, from what I understand, chronicles was supposed to be a continuation of the show, but, I guess they removed some elements of what showdown left with or were forgotten, such as Raymundo's promotion that he got in the last few minutes of the finale episode.
I’m starting to think Jack’s whimpering was probably inspired by how Danny Cooksey used that as his trademark move during his known child role of the 80s in different strokes
Jack is by far the best character in the show. Need proof? I ask you to watch near the beginning were jack says that's my boys shifting gears and kicking rears.
What if Jack Spicer teamed up with Dr. Drakken, Heinz Doofenshmirtz, and Denzel Crocker. First, Dr. Doofenshmirtz would create a Fairy-Tracking-Inator that would track Timmy Turner's fairies, with the fairies, Denzel Crocker would wish that he and the other villains would be unstoppable, and then that Kim Possible, Omi, Timmy Turner, and Perry the Platypus were defenseless rats, and each one of the villains had one wish: For Jack: All Shen Gong Wu + Killer-Bots, For Dr. Drakken: Kim Possible as a prisoner, For Heinz Doofenshmirtz: To be the president of Danville (which was his brother's occupation).
Anyone ever wonder why jack picked the version of himself to bring back from the future that was old and weak and not like... middle aged but not yet senile jack?

really wish there were more characters like him, he was pretty funny

This character really needs his own spin-off show, he is fucking hilarious!

He's Mostly A Steampunk Bendy
Or Ron Stoppable
that's a good comparison

EVERY Jack Spicer moment is always a funny moment

Despite his idiocy he was a capable bad guy. He claimed a lot of Shen Gon Wu for himself.
I know, but he was turned from idiotic but capable bad guy to idiotic in xiaolin chronicles in my opinion.

I agree! Despite Jack's many pathetic flaws, I still see him as a threat to some capcity

Jacks back must be in pain for carrying this series! This show was so ahead of it’s time, it’s a shame what happened with the sequel/reboot
There is no reboot

Jack was based off a late 80s Industrial Goth look like from Trill Kill Kult, NIN, Skinny Puppy and Ministry
Danny Cooksey must have had a blast recording that New Evil Laugh :)
He's the best, alongside Charlie schlatter ( both voiced the Buttowski brothers. )
Old Jack is even funnier than Young Jack. I nearly died at 8:05
A fart joke? Grow up.
