I don't think using a dev door is necessarily unjustifiable. For example if someone is good at making levels, can beat what they made segment by segment, but they are not good enough at the game to beat the whole thing in one go.
I don't see how that would take away from their skill as a level creator or the quality of a level. It only means that they either don't have the time, energy or skill to beat the level; and they want to share what they made.

Day 419 of posting a cool animal fact:
The Mary River turtle is pretty cool. It's probably most well known for the fact that algae likes to grow on it's head giving it bright green "hair." This has lead to it being nicknamed the punk turtle! It is also one of many turtle species with the ability to perform cloacal respiration which is a fancy way of saying they can breathe through their butts. How does this work? Well, I'll save that for a later fact. But unfortunately as with many species these guys are very endangered. Owing to the fact that tens of thousands of them were stolen from the wild to be pets. They were so prolific they were nicknamed "penny turtles." Defintely a lamer nickname than the punk turtle.

The Softlock City doesn't deserve a boo. It was just as advertised, and if you had any experience in the game, everything was clearly marked oit besides a few sus blocks.

Why boo a course that literally tells you that it’s all about softlocks? Just skip it then instead of play it.
Bad levels are still bad levels, even if they tell you about it. Why would Panga not boo it?
Panga's boo are meant to set standards for the level he plays, because when good levels get rewarded and bad levels are punished, it encourages people to make good levels. He believes softlock levels are bad, that's his thing. If people agree, these levels will fade. But if people disagree, they'll shine!
Level ratings aren't all about Panga, and everyone gets to chose how they feel about a level. Don't be mad for something that isn't yours to judge 😉
