      This use to be south road. Also I see 40 projects in the background. Is the neighborhood safer now than it was before. 925k Is a lot of money. I just want to live in a safe area. I have children.

While we totally understand your concerns, unfortunately, as real estate agents we can't address whether an area is safe or not because it violates fair housing laws for us to discuss that. For that, we recommend you reference various online resources, or speak to the local police precinct and make a determination for yourself if it's an area you're interested in.
