Mesmerizing. Although I've been working to hone my understanding of subgenres as of late, I'm not quite sure what separates progressive house from progressive trance just yet, but seeing as this album is filled to the brim in the latter I'll go give the whole thing a listen and see if it helps me comprehend it a little better. All that aside this is a superb track.
They both have a lot of similar elements but the most simple way of explaining the difference would probably have to do with the arrangement, repetition, and how busy the track is. Something with a bigger breakdown, build up/drop will probably carry the prog trance tag (especially if it carries more melodic elements) while a track that's more repetitive and deeper (typical house music elements) might take the progressive house label easier. There are so many tracks that are up for debate though and equally venture into both camps :)
