Thank you AQUAHOLIC compliment video brilliant explanation exhaustive Yacht Tour Windy 32 Grand Zonda $ 338.000 interesting line modern-style project, confortable inner and exsternal minimum exstensium.
Very nice boat, doesn't try to be what it is not. I love the bimini tops that fold away like that, so much more practical. This would have been perfect when we still had our lake house.
It’s hand built in Sweden and it’s not any all plastic cheap materials like an axopar. They use real materials and put time on great woodwork. And it’s fast, believe me the D6 440 is more than enough to get this boat to above 40 knots which is fast for a family boat.
I agree. I kept thinking that much of that price tag must be in the engine bay, but when Nick opened it up to reveal a single Volvo, I was underwhelmed.
Looks no more useful than Smugglers for what it really provides. I can't believe that the crusty old men who would actually pay for this really want a massive audio system to blast out opera at all the surrounding boats?
A perfect weekender, I love Windy boats. The original 28' Ghibli set the standard for this type of express machine. I lament the change from dining area with infill for the double berth to the fixed permanent berth, but things evolve.
Smart looking boat, for a day or weekend, with some nice touches, stainless steel accents eg engine vents, protection for switches on the helm. Lots of storage for this style of boat, good quality cupboards, and I love where the fridge is and its size. Not a boat i could afford but I'd you want a fast day or weekend boats and you have the "pennies" she worth considering.
There's a mirror, right there.......!!!!! Seems pretty much a definitive Weekender, especially if the top drop-downs are any good against inclement weather.
Nice little tour Nick, and what a cracking weekend sports boat. I can imagine having great fun in the med on a hot summer’s weekend. Perfect to let out all the stress after a hard week at work.😁👍🏻
3:09 that deserves a serious round of applause Nick...how did you do that! Oh between the knees! It's a fab boat! I love it! But the incredibly small cabin windows are a little odd. I'd want a better external view from the berth...why have such small windows? Do windows compromise the integrity of the hull for a weekender?? Anyway....the berth looked a little claustrophobic...but a fab boat. Great to see this boat in all her glory.
A nice boat . . I do love the colour of the fabric tho i must admit day boats arent realy my thing . . I would like to know what the boat is to the right of this one . . Darkblue/black hull . . . Another great video . I do love the thoroughness (if thats a word) of all your videos 👍. . . Hi again from NZ 🇳🇿 . . Take care . .💐 flowers for Marianne . . . Fresh from my emoji garden . .
That handle on the opening section in the windscreen lying against the actual windscreen to me had a hefty price tag associated with it. Hope they have windscreen insurance !
Looks realy great and think true on every detail. My first reaction wen i saw the side , hey its a boesch, ow no its not huh?, They make realy a good looking speedboot.. And for a reasonable price imho. Thanks for the Tour Nick
If it's a Zonda...wouldn't it be a Pagani Nick? Lol. Well Horatio did start at Lamborghini and actually invented the carbon fiber trend in exotics. The Zonda is one of my favorite hypercars. This isn't bad either.
Windy sure no how to build a good (do as it says on the tin) boat and not to take anything away from your channel but have you seen the BMW flying superyacht on yacht buyers channel it would make for another awesome video from your self something very different
The quality of materials and workmanship on Finnmaster and Parker are nowhere near the ones in Windy. The woodwork on Parker feels like plywood after Windy. The ride is also smoother and more quiet on Windy and it feels more solid.
Hi Nick! are you going to upload a video of the new Marex 440? I've seen that Hugo and Jack already post each a video but I want to see yours first, thank you!
Your videos are always excellent. Nice boat but not for the price. $421,000 only 1 little fridge in the floor. No ice maker? For that price I was immediately thinking there was two engines
I've heard you mention a Volvo D-series as supercharged *and* turbocharged before, but I don't think the D6 is? According to the Penta website, they only mention twin-charging on the D8 and D11.
It seems volvo penta has taken the supercharger off from most smaller engines. When D4 and D6 launched all models had it. You can hear it on the D4 in smugglers blues when accelerating to plane. Currently only the two most powerful D6's (440, 480) come with the supercharger.
With more secondhand boats available you can get a much better boat than this for circa £200K. The use of hull wraps may be Ok for older boats With faded gelcoat but soon look scruffy if care is not taken. Not acceptable for new boats Which should just have quality gelcoat. Having looked at recent Windy boats there is some crude detailing which is disappointing
Your kidneys will thank you for not wanting to go faster than 40 knots. But at 1/3 of a million, I expected a little bit more magic. Still, nice boat, and a great tour as always!
Better not check the prices on all 100-footers and above then.... You must agree price per tonnage seems more reasonable of a metric rather than price per foot...
@@dougdavis8986 No, not really, and you would agree as well if you think about it a bit. Otherwise, you better go out and buy that 30 foot long canoe for only 5 grand, thats got to be a smoking deal, right, since its price per foot that matters? But, seriously you know as well as I its the materials used, i.e. tonnage/weight that sets the base price of any boat, no matter what size, from a 7 foot dinghy and up. So, yes you indeed have to agree its more reasonable and "price per length" is an borderline useless metric objectively if one thinks about it. Just a "heads up" of the benefits of using more constructive metrics when measuring price/performance, one can say.
@@dougdavis8986 Indeed it is... And concrete on the other end. Though I am not all that sure you can find a lot of both of those being produced for the leisure market. Seems quite hard in fact, looking at it. Some variant of fiber reinforced plastic or aluminium or steel seems to have just about the entire market. Also bear in mind I said it wasnt the only metric, just the base. On the other hand, its easy enough to find boats of pretty much any length with widely varying weight for the length for sale, and consequently wildly varying price. The aforementioned canoe/kayak being one, with the mimimum weight for a 33 footer being about 65 lbs, compared to the 5000 lbs or so of the boat in this video of similar length. Which makes my point about price per weight being a significant upgrade as a measurement metric over price per foot quite obvious in the objective realm as you can see.
Nice little well built boat, but ridiculously high price tag.
Probably aimed at those requiring a tender for the super yacht.
Thank you AQUAHOLIC compliment video brilliant explanation exhaustive Yacht Tour Windy 32 Grand Zonda $ 338.000 interesting line modern-style project, confortable inner and exsternal minimum exstensium.
It’s a Windy, it was always going to be superb!
Great tour of a great boat, with everything you’d need for a fun day or weekend afloat.
Very nice boat, doesn't try to be what it is not. I love the bimini tops that fold away like that, so much more practical. This would have been perfect when we still had our lake house.
Hardly a "Lamborghini on water" with a Volvo D6-440! How can this boat justify the price tag? Thanks for a great review Nick.
Agree, it seems very expensive for what it is, but a lovely day boat for sure.

Definitely nothing special here to justify such a high price tag. Looks like a Bayliner

Thank you for the tour Nick. It's always nice to see quality boats like Windy.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Sleek and lots of power with modest accommodations equals performance first
Thanks for the tour Nick
Thanks for watching!
Its a great boat for the weekend. Love there the fridge is that's a new feature. Thank you Nick.
No problem!
That is some nifty storage spaces. Love this little boat…lol. Great video Nick! Cheers!
Windy's were renowned back in the 80's. Great styling and seakeeping. The lines are still as eye catching.

Morning, Nick. Lovely boat, though I did have a hard time not staring at the gorgeous Duchy beside it. :)
Very nice boat! Great looking weekend boating option! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍Great tour, Nick and Aquaholic team! 👍👍
Very stunning design. Love the color palette
Lovely little sports boat. Thank you Nick 🙏
What a great boat - ideal weekender
😆Really clever! But the refrigerator just outside the front door is a little surprising if it's not for beers and soft drinks.
Not a big fan of smaller boats but I am of Nicks presentations. Nicely done, mate!
Very nice Nick - thanks!
Awesome weekender, I love it to bits 😀Might have good seakeeping, even if it's......Windy 😂
What a cracking little boat.
Absolutely an awful lot of fun! Thanks!
echoing Peter's comment below. not my type of boat but a fantastic boat indeed. Bob in Wales. 👍⛵️✨️✨️✨️❤️

Go-Pro Gymnastics - a new Olympic sport!
Nice, but that pretty down easter berthed to starboard of it stole my heart.
Nice boat, but I spent most of the video lusting after the Duchy 35 moored next to it! ☺️
Gorgeous little boat Nick.... just needs a couple of gas guzzling V8s......😊
Love this boat! 💜💛💜
I do like Windy boats. Great detail
A nice boat . . I do love the colour of the fabric tho i must admit day boats arent realy my thing . . I would like to know what the boat is to the right of this one . . Darkblue/black hull . . . Other boat looks like Duchy 35, Boat life channel has great on water tour and test drive vids of the Duchy 35. 👍
It's a handy dandy boat! ❤
The kitchen should be outside so the V birth can be larger it needs twin 5.7 liter gas engines with bravo 2 mercury drives
Great day boat and video. 😊
Been on board this also very nice indeed👍
That handle on the opening section in the windscreen lying against the actual windscreen to me had a hefty price tag associated with it. Hope they have windscreen insurance !
I was indeed asking, where's the fridge!
Looks realy great and think true on every detail.
My first reaction wen i saw the side , hey its a boesch, ow no its not huh?,
They make realy a good looking speedboot..
And for a reasonable price imho.
Thanks for the Tour Nick
a very nice day boat.
Nice ! 👌
If you had the money Nick would a Windy like this be Smugglers Blues III 🤔
Was your pal Greg in the Wurzels? If not, he has a double.
Wow. Over priced for the space and spec. Where’s the value?
Nice. But 338000 pounds for that is a bit to much no?
If it's a Zonda...wouldn't it be a Pagani Nick? Lol. Well Horatio did start at Lamborghini and actually invented the carbon fiber trend in exotics. The Zonda is one of my favorite hypercars. This isn't bad either.
Not my style of boat, but it is fantastic nonetheless.
Windy sure no how to build a good (do as it says on the tin) boat and not to take anything away from your channel but have you seen the BMW flying superyacht on yacht buyers channel it would make for another awesome video from your self something very different
The Finnmaster T8 and Parker 850 do the same job for a 1\3 of the price and just a bit smaller .
They are not much more than half the tonnage, thats more than "just a bit smaller", in my book.
The quality of materials and workmanship on Finnmaster and Parker are nowhere near the ones in Windy. The woodwork on Parker feels like plywood after Windy. The ride is also smoother and more quiet on Windy and it feels more solid.
What about water tanks😊
Well....I would have been more interested in the boat berthed to its starboard.
Maybe a little bit cramped down below….especially for people who have eaten to many pies !! 😁
So this fine boat is the next smugglers blues?!
TBH I prefer Smugglers Blues even if they were priced the same!
Can you do a video on how to cross the Chanel ?
Hi Nick! are you going to upload a video of the new Marex 440? I've seen that Hugo and Jack already post each a video but I want to see yours first, thank you!
Of course! 🙂
Nice boat, but in my opinion it feels less luxurious than older generations. Like 28 Ghibli, 25 Mirage etc. specially compared to the price
Does it have a stereo and a shortwave radio?
Why dont you get a go pro for your head. Gives you both hands free
A Windy is never going to be cheap but i would expect at least a decent shower. No idea why this is always a issue with boats like this.
A lovely fast boat and excellent video nick ⛵️🚤🛥👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👏👏
Many thanks!
Your videos are always excellent. Nice boat but not for the price. $421,000 only 1 little fridge in the floor. No ice maker? For that price I was immediately thinking there was two engines
Him a James May need to be best friends if they are not alread.
Atlast something reachable for normal people 😊
They screwed up on the dash as the carbon fibre material reflects like a mirror, should have used the same material as the rest of the dash.
It wil date badly.
No fridge
340k for that...😳😳😳
It's not a lot of boat for in my opinion a lot of money. Not to my taste.
How Jim Carrey use to say : b-u-tiful!

YES!! 🎉
It look smart, But are not practical in Northern Europe.
All those dishes and no way to cook unless you're in the marina ! Oops !

Secondhand boats are indeed generally cheaper. 🙂

$10,000 per foot. Um, no. It is nice looking though.
Better not check the prices on all 100-footers and above then.... You must agree price per tonnage seems more reasonable of a metric rather than price per foot...
@GoldenCroc I must??? Price per tonnage on a 32 footer makes as much sense as price per foot on super yachts. It's apples and oranges beavis.
@@dougdavis8986 No, not really, and you would agree as well if you think about it a bit. Otherwise, you better go out and buy that 30 foot long canoe for only 5 grand, thats got to be a smoking deal, right, since its price per foot that matters?

@GoldenCroc awesome news. A titanium hulled boat is going to be significantly less expensive than a steel one!

Nope. For this kind of money Marex 330 all the way.
Very overpriced for what is small, single engined day boat.
Это цена +- 3 таких лодок, или нормальный траулер.
Вещь без смысла, и цели.
Zero value for money!
£338k ? Thats pure robbery. If that price was halved , if i had the money , i'd still think twice. WAY overpriced by a huge margin.
