Since I just made some keto Nutella, I was wondering what interesting thing I could do with it- and your video came to my rescue. I am in the middle of making a keto grain free version right now and am looking forward to enjoying a "fresh out of the oven" cookie as soon as they are done. I made the cookies a couple days ago. I used a nut nut flour combo and a couple other minor changes that i have used before, but used the rest of the chocolate cookie ingredients that you specified. The chocolate cookie turned out very well and had an amazing taste. I also used my keto Nutella and that tasted great too. The only issue I had was that the Nutella did not stay creamy and melt as your cookies did. I do have a plan 2 which I will try soon. I do hope the Nutella stays molten like your cookie centers next time. If you have any advice I would really appreciate it. Cheers

Question about cookie dough in general. I like that instead of ‘butter’ you just said ‘fat,’ which actually make me think about what makes a cookie work. So, basically, what I’m wondering is, does the cocoa powder act as flour here? Like, if I don’t love chocolate (sorry!) but wanted to use this recipe, could I replace the cocoa powder with the same amount of flour? Or would I just skip it completely?
You said you don’t use Dutch processed cocoa powder. But I have a vague feeling that you’ve definitely used Dutch processed cocoa powder for some of your previous recipes. And I’ve read that it’s much richer. How do you decide when to use Dutch processed or not? Thanks!

Tried this recipe with some modifications ie reduce the granulated sugar and changed the Nutella to peanut butter. Yummy!
